Person specification The Director of Policy will be selected against a robust set of competencies. The successful candidate must believe in the core values of Transparency International UK and be driven by the mission. In addition, candidates will be required to demonstrate experience and achievement against the majority of the following areas:
• Have a proven track record as a manager of people, stakeholder relationships and complex programmes; • Have strong people and communication skills, both to deliver the charity’s operational objectives and to engage with the media and other stakeholders within the TI movement; • Have knowledge and experience which is relevant to
