• Developed a series of Economic Impact Model Templates in 2018 • Developed with assistance from The Walton Family Foundation and BikeNWA • Purpose – To help communities understand the dollars-and-cents value of bicycling • 5 templates in total Events Helps calculate money spent by those outside the community on a specific bike event. For advocacy groups, event promoters, tourism boards, visitor bureaus. Tourism Helps calculate money spent by visitors on travel-related items not including bicycle-related gear and services. For advocacy groups, Chambers of Commerce, bike tour providers, hotel associations and visitor bureaus.  Also: Resident Spending; Bicycle Business; Retail Sales Tax; Health
