Margaret Sullivan Studio
Architectural Intern;
• Bronx START: Was given the opportunity to lead the design for this gaming and community space. My responsibility was to accumulate all details and deliverables for furniture, flooring, and wall coverings. I also worked with two high school interns through a program called Pencil, to assist them in creating a physical model of the project.
• North Wilmington, Delaware Library: Participated in in- person community engagement session, where I helped organize, prepare, and facilitate the event. I was also given other opportunities to assist with workshops where we engaged with the community to form a vision of the library’s design.
• Brentwood, Nashville Library: Provided renders of the space where I used revit paired with Lumion. The renders were then used to present to the client in the deliverables.
Manica Architecture
Architectural Intern;
• Vienna Arena: Provided models for stadium interior and exterior using Rhino, Revit, and Sketchup. Assisted with Theater Box Lounge layout design. Assisted with area plans. Used Excel to document areas of rooms and convert German to English in the spreadsheet.

Demolition Modeling & Planning
Caroline Bair / Architect | Kansas CityI worked with Eligah on modeling some of the Existing Stadium for Vanderbilt University. He understood the task quickly and it didn’t take long for him to jump into the Revit model and model elements. He communicated through the entire process and did not hesitate to ask questions when he didn’t know something. I encourage him moving forward to continue asking questions and challenging himself with the daily work that he does.
PROJECT PIPELINE
THE BAYARD RUSTIN MUSEUM FOR BLACK EMPOWERMENT
FORTWORTH, TX
The Forgotten ARCHITECT of the CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND VISION
The Bayard Rustin Museum is located in Fort Worth, Texas, adjacent from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Kimbell Art Museum. This project focuses on the Black and African American experience in the United States, telling the story of those who have gone unheard. The purpose is to challenge the construct of white supremacy in the United States by created a BLACK space. Slavery and the continued racist culture today are a part of all US citizen's history and life. The main intention for the Bayard Rustin Museum is to encourage and enlighten a society to unify and bring an end to the severance mindset of such society. Bayard Rustin was an activist for civil rights and the LGBTQ+ community. He was known as the architect of
many civil rights movements, such as the March on Washington and the first freedom ride. Even though he was a key component in the civil rights movement during his time, he was not recognized because of his homosexuality. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom only after he died. This museum is dedicated to Bayard Rustin because like him, there are too many untold narratives that make up our society and ventures beyond white America or even the "typical" black person. The museum is built on a white marble base representing the white foundation on which the United States is built on. The Black glass structure is the celebration space above the foundation to symbolize the unification to rise above a horrible past.
CONCEPT
History and Culture
The Bayard Rustin Museum main premise is to tell the history and culture of African Americans. The form therefore starts by with a foundation representing African American terrible past.
Unify and rise above horrible past
White Foundation
The museum physically rises above what is represented as the white foundation in which the U.S. was solely influenced by.
Crown
Reveal history and culture
The long history of abuse of African Americans within society creates dis-value. the ends of the risen form is extended out to represent a crown. This crown symbolizes and is a reminder of African Americans equivalence of self within society.
Suppression of History and Culture White Foundation
Conceptually, the museum is broken into two parts. Those are; the suppression and the celebration of African American History and Culture
The African American history and culture is suppressed by the white foundation, representing the dynamics of whites and blacks in the U.S.
The celebration space is form as a crown to symbolize the value within African Americans.
TheUpon entering into the Museum, you will be in the main Lobby area where there are views of the interior courtyard behind the reflective waterfall. The start of the museum is located at the door on your right upon entering the museum. The first series of museum spaces are interconnected by a ramp taking you lower and lower underneath the marble surface then gradually taking you back to grade level once completing the exhibits. Once the first series of exhibits are complete you are then back in the lobby space where can continue the celebration exhibits above or take advantage of the cafe/ gift shop.
LOWER LEVEL CELEBRATION EXHIBIT

Right: The upper level of the celebration space gives you veiws of the lower level celebration space and views of the Modern Art Museum of Fortworth to the south.
Below: The lower level of the celebration space gives you views of the interior courtyard housing the heritage tree. One may also observe the space's interior facade is wrapped with a pride colored glass representing the additional barrier of being black and gay in the US.

In order to create the floating effect of the celebration space, the glass structure was raised and cantilevered from the buildings main column line
THE GEM THE UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS
A PLACE FOR CELEBRATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND VISION
For the Gem, I designed a steel structure to cover a basketball court in front of the famous Allen Fieldhouse on the University of Kansas’ (KU) campus. Allen Fieldhouse is home of KU basketball, and houses the original rules of basketball. I felt driven to design a structure that did not take away from fans experience of the historic location, but add to it. This is why I made the decision to place the basketball court underground with an entrance leading into Allen Fieldhouse. Like a gem, the steel and glass emerging from the ground evokes a glimmering reminder of the area’s historic value.
