Professional Master Knives are certified by the National Sanitation Foundation – an international organisation responsible for monitoring food safety and hygienic practices, as well as in food companies and equipment manufacturers.

The handles are ergonomically designed and moulded with texture to ensure a better, more comfortable grip when working with the knives for long periods of time. Tramontina creates a complete absence of gap by using the injection method. The knife handles are also treated with Microban® Antibacterial Protection. These two features leave the knife safe from bacteria and fungi growth.
