The garden space comprises of colourful flora, waterways and vast green stretches; an afternoon here will make you forget you’re in the midst of a bustling city when you hear birds singing from the trees. Location: Rashtrapati Bhawan, President's Estate, New Delhi Mughal Garden Mughal Garden is another stunning spot set in Rashtrapati Bhawan, the city’s official presidential palace. This historic garden is home to an array of colourful flower and plant species, trees, water fountains, a rose garden and ancient architecture featuring European, Persian and Indian horticultural influences. The garden is seasonal and therefore only open during certain times of year when the flowers are in full bloom; make sure you plan your visit accordingly so that you don’t miss out on visiting this gorgeous garden. Location: Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi Jahanpanah City Forest Jahanpanah City Forest is a dense forested park spread across hundreds of acres, and it boasts plenty of beautiful trees of several species and flora and fauna. There are bridges and a scenic jogging track amongst the grounds, and birds are often spotted here, so it’s ideal for a tranquil nature walk.
