THE TRAVEL SMART PLAN ® PROGRAM: The following is a brief summary of our two-part Travel Smart Plan. Section I describes the Change & Cancellation Waiver provided by Classic Vacations, LLC., and Section II provides information about the Travel Insurance benefits underwritten by Arch Insurance Company, Jersey City, NJ. SECTION I — Provided by Classic Vacations, LLC. With the purchase of the waiver, you are protected against: TRIP CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation prior to departure, Classic Vacations will refund 100% of the amounts paid for hotel, rental car, ground transfer, refundable airline reservations, and destination activity reservations. TRIP CHANGE: If a trip is changed prior to departure, Classic Vacations will waive all change fees imposed by car rental companies, ground transfer providers, and destination activity suppliers, and up to two (2) change fees imposed by airlines for published fare reservations. FEE WAIVER: If a trip is changed or cancelled prior to departure, Classic Vacations will waive its own change and cancellation fees, if applicable. PRICE PROTECTION: Classic Vacations will cover any increase in the price of airfare, hotel, rental car, ground transfer, or destination activity reservations over the price at the time Classic Vacations receives the minimum required deposit. No coverage for increases in price due to itinerary changes requested by traveler. CLASSIC VACATIONS CHANGE & CANCEL WAIVER LIMITATIONS • No reimbursements for baggage charges. • No refunds or reimbursements for unused portions of airfare. • No refunds or reimbursements for frequent flier redemptions or redeposit fees. • No reimbursement for increases in price due to itinerary changes initiated by traveler, including changes in occupancy for shared accommodations. • No reimbursement for loss of discounts associated with shortened hotel stays or failure to adhere to supplier terms and conditions. • No reimbursement for the cost of Classic Vacations’ Price Protection and Change & Cancel Waiver. • No reimbursement or waiver of fees for destination activities cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to commencement. • No reimbursement for change fees in excess of two (2) changes per person for published or nonrefundable air reservations. Traveler must pay price increases resulting from changes in tax rates or supplier surcharges, including fuel surcharges. No refunds for published airfare reservations. In most cases, the full amount of money paid for published air travel will be made available in the form of a credit for future travel, subject to restrictions and limitations imposed by airlines. SECTION II — Underwritten by Arch Insurance Company Section II of the Travel Smart Plan is comprised of Travel Insurance Benefits underwritten by Arch Insurance Company and administered by Trip Mate, Inc. ENTRY INTO FIJI: To enter and leave Fiji and re-enter the United States, all U.S. citizens must carry a valid passport. Non-U.S. citizens should check with their country’s consulate. It is the responsibility of the traveler to determine the proper documents required by the government(s) of the destinations visited at the tiz zel. Please inquire with your Travel Advisor. Classic Vacations will issue no refunds to passengers affected by their failure to provide proper documentation. FAMILY PLAN & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Many hotels and condominiums offer discounts for children when accompanied by full-paying adults. Maximum occupancy may vary when children on family-plan programs are included. Some hotels may not allow children or may have certain age restrictions. PHYSICAL DISABILITIES: Any physical disability requiring special attention, treatment, or facilities must be communicated to Classic Vacations at the time of booking and noted on your itinerary. RENTAL CARS: Car rental rates reflect unlimited mileage for a twenty-four (24-hour) rental period. Overtime fees are paid directly
to the car company by the client. Some locations may require a voucher provided by Classic Vacations. No refunds will be made on car rentals of less than twenty-four (24) hours. There will be drop charges assessed for car rentals returned to alternate car rental stations, to be paid directly to the car company. The renter is responsible for paying directly to the car rental company all charges not covered by Classic Vacations booking, such as gas and insurance. Car rental companies require that drivers possess a driver’s license that is valid in the country in which the car is rented. Drivers must also have a major credit card or leave a cash deposit upon pickup. All drivers must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. An additional-driver fee may apply and must be paid directly to the car company. BEDDING: Bed size requests can be made, but cannot be guaranteed prior to check-in. At some hotels and condominiums there may be an additional charge if a crib or rollaway is requested. These charges are payable to the property upon check-out. DOCUMENTS: With each booking, Classic Vacations will issue travel documents. For immediate travel, documents will be sent electronically or service will be provided without documentation. Documents will be released upon receipt of full payment and mailed at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Documents may be requested earlier if full payment has been received by Classic Vacations; these will be sent by first-class mail. An express-mail fee may apply if documents are requested on a rush basis. Airline tickets are issued with documents in accordance with air-carrier policies.
