why Apple Vacations is

NUMBER ONE TO THE SUN! THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH Costa Rica is a democratic and peaceful country. It abolished its army in 1949 and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1987. It’s literacy rate (96%) is the highest in the Americas. Costa Rica is one of the world’s most desirable retirement destinations, and home to more Americans per capita than any other country outside of the U.S., thanks in part to its spring-like climate and low cost of living. Its government continues a long-time commitment to affordable access to one of the world’s finest health care systems. The “Happy Planet Index” has placed Costa Rica on top of every country in the WORLD. The HPI measures a country’s average subjective life satisfaction, life expectancy at birth, and ecological footprint per capita.

SWISS TRAVEL COSTA RICA Upon your arrival, an Apple Representative from Swiss Travel Costa Rica will meet you at the airport, provide you with all the necessary documentation for your vacation, and guide you to your hotel transfer or rental car. Representatives will be available throughout your stay to help book optional excursions and more. Swiss Travel Costa Rica is an independent destination management company operating in Costa Rica and providing services to Apple Vacationers. Widely known as the most reputable and service-orientated destination management company in the country, its tour guides are highly qualified and certified by the Costa Rican Board of Tourism. All are fluent in English and Spanish and most have university degrees and significant experience in the management of tour groups.

SUSTAINABLE TOURISM The Certification for Sustainable Tourism Program (CST) is regulated by the Costa Rican National Accreditation Commission. The program consists of 5 levels of sustainable tourism achievement–“5” meaning that the hotel is considered outstanding in terms of sustainability. CST is a product of the Costa Rican Tourism Board and designed to differentiate tourism businesses based on the degree to which they comply with a sustainable model of natural, cultural and social resource management. Apple Vacations is proud to offer a selection of CST recognized hotels. Look for the Sustainable Tourism icon next to the hotel’s description.

GUANACASTE Located in the northwest on the Pacific Ocean, Guanacaste is known for its warm climate, incredible bird watching, excellent surfing and snorkeling and beautiful beaches. The coast is indented with bays, peninsulas, and there are a significant number of protected areas, including coastal, mountainous, terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems where life develops with exuberance. Guanacaste’s climate is in total contrast to the rest of the country. It is the driest region of Costa Rica, with a mixture of forests, beaches, extensive plains and an impressive volcanic range. From November - April, the plains and rolling hills receive little if any rain, but in wet season, everything turns green.

ARENAL AREA

MONTEVERDE AREA

Located in the Northern Plains, the Arenal area is home to the Arenal Volcano, considered to be one of the world’s most active volcanoes since 1969. With its curative hot mineral springs and manicured gardens, is the main attraction of the area, rising 1,633 meters above sea level. The volcano’s charm is enhanced at night when the color of its eruptions and lava rivers can be fully appreciated. Other great attractions in this area include the Hanging Bridges in the Rainforest and the Tabacón Hot Springs.

The Monteverde area in Costa Rica is world-famous for its cloud forest. There are two reserves, the original Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and the Santa Elena Rainforest. The cloud forest reserve is home to many rare species of plants and animals. T H I N G S TO K N O W B E F O R E YO U G O • C O S TA R I C A HEALTH AND SAFETY TIPS FOR TRAVELERS

As you are about to embark on a foreign vacation, there are certain things of which you need to be aware. Apple Vacations strongly recommends that you visit the portion of United States Department of States’ website http://travel.state.gov/index.html, which deals with foreign travel. Specifically, you should read tips on foreign travel and travel warnings for the country or countries you plan to visit. Although foreign travel is exciting and rewarding, you must keep in mind that you are not traveling in the United States and extra caution is required to make your trip happy and successful. Just a few of the issues you need to be aware of are: medical standards and training of emergency responders and resort medical facilities vary greatly. If you have medical issues or concerns about medical services, Apple Vacations urges you to contact the particular property, as health care abroad may not be the same as you might expect at home. Sports and aquatic equipment, especially scuba gear, may not meet U.S. safety standards and many resort pools and beaches may lack lifeguards. Balcony railing heights in Mexico are lower than the mandated heights in the United States. Low balcony railings create a risk of falls, which may result in serious injury or death.

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENT/LATE BOOKINGS

For availability and confirmation of your chosen vacation package, see your travel agent, visit us at applevacations.com or call 1-800-517-2000. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations require you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender at the time of booking for the purpose of watch-list screening. Failure to provide this information will result in you not being allowed to travel. For details, visit www.tsa.gov. Once your reservation is confirmed with Apple, the amendment and cancellation charges as explained in the Fair Trade Contract will apply. Full payment is required at time of booking for bookings made directly on our website, applevacations.com and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Note: If your reservation includes children at a hotel not accepting children, you will be denied check-in at resort. You will be responsible for any additional costs. We advise you to book early for best choice and value. Late bookings will incur a late booking fee of $10 per person on all reservations made 14 days or less before departure to cover additional costs for faxing, updating and confirming your accommodations.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Apple Vacations will provide the services and facilities of your vacation package as described in our catalog and confirmed on your invoice. If you would prefer special arrangements other than those described, such as adjoining rooms, specific assistance needed or special meals, we will be glad to pass on your special request to the appropriate vendor on your behalf. However, since these requests lie outside our contracts with our suppliers, Apple Vacations cannot guarantee special requests unless otherwise stated.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED

Departure taxes-All passengers departing Costa Rica, including infants, are required to pay a government departure tax at the airport ($29 USD per person and subject to change). This tax can be paid in U.S. dollars, Colones, or with Visa or MasterCard. Passport and visa fees, port and embarkation fees, laundry, telephone calls, other items and services of a personal nature, and tips to airport baggage handlers are not included in the price of your vacation. Unless specified, wines, liquors, meals, sightseeing and excursions are also not included in the price of your vacation. Airlines may also charge additional fees such as seat assignment or meal fees. Check with the airline for specific charges.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

Infants under two years of age may fly and stay free, but must sit on an adult’s lap and do not receive a separate baggage allowance. If an infant reaches the age of two any time during the vacation, federal law requires the purchase of a separate seat for any remaining portions of the flight. Some scheduled airlines may charge for infants, including air-related taxes, and some countries charge infant departure taxes. Any such charges by independent suppliers or governments are the responsibility of the client. Restrictions may apply to “Kids Stay, Play and Eat FREE” programs and most hotels require that children must be accompanied by full-paying adults and pay airfare. Policies vary by individual hotels. Hotels may check the passports of children at check-in to verify they qualify for any discounted child room rate. At select hotels, a single parent traveling with up to two or three children (varies by hotel) is not charged the single supplement. The hotels reserve the right to collect the single supplement in resort, or cancel any extra room upon arrival, if the promotional policy is not used in the manner for which it was intended. Restrictions apply.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Many airlines are charging fees for checked and/or carry-on bags and have different baggage allowances and fees. Please check with your airline for specifics. Carry-on luggage is limited to one bag per person and must be small enough to fit beneath the seat in front of you; some airlines have a carry-on bag fee. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EXCESS/ OVERSIZED BAGGAGE MAY BE DENIED AT CHECK-IN and if accepted, there will be additional charges. Anyone attempting to check-in excess baggage should arrive at the ticket counter a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure (except where a carrier specifies a longer minimum), or risk being denied boarding. Lap children under age two do not receive a separate baggage allowance. Apple Vacations accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage. We recommend that passengers consider the use of a TSA approved lock to secure their luggage. For details on baggage insurance, see your travel agent.

INSECTICIDE NOTICE

Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. Federal law requires that we refer you to http://airconsumer.dot.gov/spray.htm for more information.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Requirements as outlined below may change, so see your travel agent or contact the consulate for the country to which you are traveling to be accurately advised of current requirements. Proper documentation is your responsibility. The following information gives current requirements for United States citizens, effective at time of printing: Passengers of all ages returning to the U.S. by air from any international destination must have a valid passport in good condition, and passengers may be denied boarding by the airline if passport is damaged, mutilated, or has excessive wear. A state-issued birth certificate with government issued photo I.D., or a passport “card”, is not acceptable. If your name on your passport (or for non-U.S. citizens, valid travel documents) does not match your name on your travel vouchers/tickets, you will not be allowed to travel. For details on how to obtain a passport, contact your local courthouse or post office. For information on obtaining expedited passports visit www.abriggs.com/ applevac. If you are not a U.S. citizen, contact the embassy of the country to which you

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS continued

are traveling to determine required entry documents. We regret that we cannot accept unaccompanied minors under 18 for any travel. Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in you not being allowed to travel.

DENIAL OF ENTRY

Certain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record, and if not a U.S. citizen, entry back into the United States. Check with the U.S. Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country being visited to ensure you can travel as planned.

INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS

Apple Vacations contracts with airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We do not accept and expressly disclaim responsibility for the acts or omissions of these independent suppliers.

ARRIVAL IN COSTA RICA

Upon arrival in Costa Rica, you will clear Immigration, claim your luggage and clear Customs. An Apple Vacations Representative holding an Apple Vacations sign will meet you outside the airport’s arrivals area and direct you to your transfer. Apple Representatives are not allowed inside the arrivals area. Apple Vacations is represented in Costa Rica by Swiss Travel Costa Rica, an independent destination management company operating in Costa Rica and providing services to Apple Vacationers. You may contact your Apple Representative at the following numbers: Destination Representative Local phone # Guanacaste Swiss Travel Costa Rica 506 2667 0606 ext 5046 San José Swiss Travel Costa Rica 506 2282 4898 ext 1184 Transfers will not be provided for passengers flying into Liberia and staying in San José, Manuel Antonio or Puntarenas.

CUSTOMS

U.S. Customs currently imposes an $800 limit per person on the value of goods you can bring into the country duty-free from most countries. This amount does vary depending on the particular country to which you travel. Also, you are restricted from bringing certain types of goods (e.g. fresh fruits, vegetables) back to the U.S. Ask your travel agent for the latest details and save receipts for purchases made on vacation.

NIGHTS IN YOUR HOTEL

The “Nights in Hotel” listed on your confirmation/travel voucher indicates the number of nights that your room has been reserved for you. If your return flight departs late evening, it is normal for your hotel to require that you check out of your room at midday. In these cases, a room MAY be made available for storing hand baggage and for changing prior to departure. However, this is at the discretion of the hotel.

CREDIT CARDS AND TRAVELERS CHECKS

Visa, MasterCard and U.S. Dollars are widely accepted. Larger bills can be difficult to change and you will generally receive your change in colones (the local currency). Most local banks and hotels provide a currency exchange.

VALUABLES AND PERSONAL ITEMS

VALUABLES AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Most hotels offer safety deposit box facilities. You may want to deposit cash, traveler’s checks, passports, jewelry and other valuables for security. Do not pack cash, medication, jewelry, cameras, film, important documents or fragile items in your checked luggage.

DINING DRESS CODE

Although casual dress is the standard by day, many resorts have dress code requirements for dinner. Before you pack, be sure to check with your travel agent or visit our website for detailed dress code information for your hotel.

GETTING MARRIED AND HONEYMOONING IN RESORT

If you plan to get married in destination, be sure to check with the local tourist office and consulate of the country in which you are getting married for legal documents that may be required. Honeymoon Value Plus offers require you to supply a valid marriage certificate.

HANDICAPPED SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Should you desire any special service or equipment to assist with a disability, please let us know in advance so we can advise the air carrier (services available vary by carrier). Although we will do our best to assist you, Apple Vacations does not guarantee the availability of wheelchairs at any airport. Wheelchair accessible rooms may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Standards may vary from property to property and country to country and may not be consistent with the standards required by the Americans With Disabilities Act and are not within the control of Apple Vacations.

CATALOG/WEBSITE ACCURACY

We check and re-check prices and facts about the vacations we offer to ensure accuracy at the time of printing. Sometimes, however, you may find that prices have been changed or features we describe may become unavailable. Whenever possible, we will inform you or your travel agent about such changes. However, all prices and descriptions herein, as well as in Apple Vacations print advertisements and our website, are subject to change without notice. Some hotel room photographs in this catalog and our website do not depict the standard room category. Maps are not to scale. Apple Vacations is not responsible for omissions or errors.

CUSTOMER COMMENTS

Should you have a complaint while on vacation you must provide Apple Vacations with a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue during your vacation by promptly notifying our representative in resort who will make every effort to help you. If the matter cannot be settled on the spot, you must write to our Customer Care Department within 28 days of the completion of your vacation at customercare@applevacations.com. The few complaints we receive are normally resolved by amicable settlement. However, please understand that we cannot consider post-vacation submissions if you did not provide Apple Vacations with a reasonable opportunity to assist you during your trip. We reserve the right to give any compensation in the form of vacation certificates, cash or credit card credit.

LOST ITEMS

If upon your return you find that you have left something in resort, Apple Vacations will make an inquiry on your behalf. If the item is located, you will be responsible for any international shipping charges to have the item returned. Email: lostitems@applevacations.com for assistance.

This non-refundable plan allows you to cancel or change your vacation up until the flight check-in is closed (approximately one hour prior to scheduled departure time), except for passengers who do not arrive at the airport or gate, or who arrive too late to travel, or who fail to have the required valid passport and/or travel documents. For last minute cancels, call 1-866-860-AVOK no later than one hour prior to your scheduled departure. Travel Certificate Programs: When a cancellation is made during a penalty period, your cancellation penalty will be refunded in Apple Vacations’ travel certificates (redeemable through the original booking agency), with the balance of the refund made in the original form of payment less the non-refundable AV-OK plan payment. Apple Vacations travel certificates may be used like cash when purchasing an Apple Vacation, are valid for one year, are non-refundable and non-transferable (issued only in the name of the passenger who cancelled) and may not be redeemed for cash. “Cash Back” Programs: The entire refund (less the non-refundable AV-OK plan payment) will be in original form of payment if you purchased the “cash back” option at the time of booking for an additional $30 per person. Changes: AV-OK coverage is non-transferable and must be repurchased (reactivated) if coverage is desired for the amended booking. A reactivation fee of $25 for charter/land only bookings and $45 for scheduled air bookings applies for all departure date, duration, hotel, departure city, destination and (scheduled air) class of service changes. A $10 reactivation fee applies for children 12 and under (all booking types). Higher reactivation fees apply to holiday departures. Changes from charter to scheduled air or between scheduled air carriers, as well as name changes, require cancellation of the booking and full repurchase of the AV-OK if coverage is desired on the new booking. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. 2) APPLE VACATIONS’ BEST PRICE GUARANTEE — You can claim the savings prior to departure if Apple Vacations advertises a discount on the exact same vacation that you have booked and all components are still available-same date, duration of stay, hotel, room category and flight (same scheduled airfare class, or any charter airfare class). This does not apply to Air Only, Fly/Drive, Square Deals, special packages, booking date-restricted sales and hotels with a “closed” booking status. For vacation packages using contracted scheduled air, the minimum deposit is generally $200 per person, however, select contracted and published fares may have lower deposit requirements. For charter air or landonly bookings, the required deposit is $125 per person. Late bookings often require us to incur additional costs for faxing, updating and confirming your hotel accommodations. Therefore, we will charge a late booking fee of $10 per person, in addition to the normal price on all vacations booked 14 days or less prior to departure. Apple Vacations reserves the right to issue scheduled airline tickets once the booking is under applicable deposit. 2. AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your vacation or change your departure date, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination, the charges shown below become payable by you. Significant additional penalties (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets and fees, non-refundable or non-transferable hotel promotions) may apply.

If you booked through a travel agency, all communications pre-departure must be via your travel agent. If you provide a substitute participant on a vacation, cancellation charges will be waived, but change fees apply; restrictions may apply. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes due to an amendment or cancellation, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. If all passengers change, it is considered a new booking and cancellation penalties will apply. Suppliers’ cancellation provisions on optional tours only allow a refund if cancelled with the notice required by the supplier - see the excursion company for the applicable notice provisions or to arrange a refund. To cover your cancellation and change fees, you may purchase the AV-OK Total Vacation Security Plan within 7 days of your initial booking (except for group passengers who are subject to unique contracts). For bookings created within 14 days of departure, AV-OK must be purchased at time of booking. Refer to the Plan Description at applevacations.com/avok. 3. AIR CARRIERS Apple Vacations has made arrangements for international air transportation to your vacation destination via certified charter or scheduled air carriers duly filed under D.O.T. regulations. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute alternate aircraft if necessary. Any air transportation provided by a certified charter air carrier may not be cancelled less than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date unless it is physically impossible to operate the flight. For a full listing of our public charter filings, see av.com/disclaimer or ask your travel agent for a copy. Passengers returning from any international destination must have a valid passport and for non-U.S. citizens, valid entry documents (page 35 or applevacations.com/travel-tips). Apple Vacations is not responsible for any passenger who is unable to travel as a result of their failure to have a valid passport, and for non-U.S. citizens, failure to have necessary travel documents.

4. AIRLINE AND SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY Apple Vacations, the airlines and other suppliers it uses issue tickets, coupons or electronic documents covering transportation, hotel accommodations and other services and facilities. Neither Apple Vacations nor these suppliers, or their respective subagents, shall be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury of person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission by any other hotel agency, transportation company or party providing such services or facilities, strike, war, terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. All airlines concerned are not liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with carriage or other services or features otherwise performed or occurring in connection with this package, except as provided in the conditions of carriage for the airlines and the passenger tickets issued in conjunction with this package. Apple Vacations is not responsible under any circumstances for any injury or damages you may suffer in connection with your air or ground transportation. 5. LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY When you fly to and from your destination the Conditions of Carriage apply, some of which limit or exclude liability. The Conditions of Carriage are available by requesting them in writing from the carrier or by request at the airport. Some airlines do not cover damage to soft-sided luggage. The airlines’ maximum liability for loss, damage or delay to checked baggage is limited to $3300 per ticketed passenger domestically and $9.07 per pound up to 44 lbs. per ticketed passenger for international travel. These limits will apply unless an excess valuation is declared at the time of check-in. All lost or damaged luggage must be reported to an airline representative at the destination airport by the passenger before you leave the airport. Checked baggage taken from the terminal building at the destination will be considered to have been received in good condition and no claim for loss or damage will be accepted after baggage has been removed from the terminal. The maximum liability of the ground transportation company in resort for lost or damaged property is $400. Loss or damage must be reported immediately. Apple Vacations does not accept liability for client luggage or personal property. 6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND FORUM SELECTION Should a dispute arise concerning the terms and conditions of this fair trade agreement or involving a loss, injury or damage during or relating to your trip, the parties’ remedies shall be limited to dispute resolution through binding arbitration in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and shall be governed by the Uniform Arbitration Act of Pennsylvania. Each party shall appoint an arbitrator. The arbitrators shall appoint a neutral arbitrator. The decision of the arbitration panel shall be final and binding on the parties. Each party shall be responsible for their own costs with the costs of the neutral arbitrator to be divided evenly between the parties.

WHAT WE PROVIDE IN RETURN 1. PRICE GUARANTEE The D.O.T. has defined air transportation, tour or tour component as purchased when the full amount of that air transportation, tour or tour component has been paid by the consumer. Our intention is to provide you with the vacation which you have selected, at the price in effect at time of booking. If for any reason we have to increase the price of your vacation, including an error made in computing your price, we will offer you the option of cancellation without charge, provided that you advise us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the increase. Pre-purchase price increases (increases to a vacation package without full payment on the record) including but not limited to increases in the price of air seat, the carriage of passenger baggage, the applicable fuel surcharge, or in a government imposed tax or fee may apply. Post-purchase price increases (increases to a vacation package that has full payment on the record) are prohibited except for those increases related to government imposed taxes and fees. Change fees do not constitute an increase in the price of an already purchased ticket, as technically the consumer is purchasing a new ticket for new travel. If a scheduled airline initiates a schedule change which results in a fare increase, the passenger is responsible for the additional cost. 2. FLIGHT INFORMATION Your travel agent will be able to confirm the latest flight details at the time you make your reservation, and these will also appear on the booking confirmation we issue when we receive your deposit. Your flight tickets, which we dispatch when your booking is paid in full, or your electronic documents, will contain your flight information. All times are subject to change. It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flight times prior to departing for the airport. Apple Vacations assumes no responsibility for any passengers making independent connections to flights booked through Apple Vacations. Pre-assigned seat selection is at the discretion of the air carrier and may require payment of an additional fee. 3. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION Special features offered by hotels are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. In the unlikely event that a major change involving a pre-departure change of hotel, departure or return date, departure city or destination becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without charge provided that you notify us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the change (or prior to departure date if notified less than seven days prior). In the event of a change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event of complete cancellation by us or a supplier, our only liability will be to return all monies paid (public charters only) or provide a refund in the form of an Apple Vacations credit. For charter flights only, if landing rights are denied by a foreign government, the flight will be cancelled with a full refund. 4. REFUNDS Any refunds always will be made as soon as possible in the original form of payment. Please note, however, that no refunds will be made for any services provided in the itinerary that you do not use. Passengers who do not travel (charter, land only or scheduled air) are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. AV-OK Plan payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds (if applicable) for scheduled air programs will only be issued

upon the return of the unused ticket. If you booked your Apple Vacation through a travel agent, all communications prior to your departure, including payment and refund transactions, must be via your travel agent. If for any reason you should lose your scheduled airline ticket, you will have to purchase a new ticket at your own expense and upon your return home, you must contact your travel agent to begin refund procedures by completing a “Lost Ticket Application” (fees may apply). Any refunds made by the airline will be based on the value of the original ticket issued less any airline processing fees. In most cases the replacement ticket will be more expensive. 5. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU Apple Vacations has made arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase; and is represented in Costa Rica by companies organized or existing in that destination, including providers of transportation and excursions. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept and expressly disclaim any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving a dispute. Please understand that we cannot control and will not be responsible for such factors as weather, government actions, terrorism, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents, your failure to follow travel instructions, or for denied entry at destination or re-entry into the U.S.. Apple Vacations is not responsible for losses or damages arising from bodily injury, property or other damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents or other unforeseen circumstances. All prices and features described in Apple Vacations’ promotional materials and website are subject to change without notice. Some hotel room photographs do not depict the standard room category. If any term or provision of this Fair Trade Contract is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining terms or provisions will not be impaired thereby. 6. DENIAL OF ENTRY Certain countries have specific rules and policies concerning entry of travelers with criminal records. Anyone with even a minor criminal past may be denied entry into any foreign country or even entry back into the United States if you are not a U.S. Citizen. If you have a criminal record, it is important to check with the United States Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country you wish to visit to ensure you can travel as planned. 7. SECURITY Apple Vacations has surety trust agreements with Susquehanna Patriot Bank, 101 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 for payment of any charter air package refunds as defined by the agreements. Under these agreements, unless you file a claim with Apple Vacations (or with the bank) within 60 days after termination of your vacation, both parties shall be deemed released from all liability to you.
