We’ll show you the Great Land in ways that only we can. Here are some highlights.

ALASKA PORTS OF CALL Page 28 Alaska Inside Passage — A narrow waterway surrounded by 1,000-foot icy cliffs. You’ll find water and wildlife mix quite nicely in this haven for kayakers, anglers and glacier-gazers. Hubbard Glacier — It’s one of the most active and longest tidewater glaciers in North America, with 1,350 square miles of blue ice.

Icy Strait Point — Nestled in an old-growth rain forest, it offers whale-watching, grizzly-gazing and seal-spotting as well as a taste of Tlingit culture. Juneau, Alaska — Alaska’s capital sits at the base of Mt. Juneau and is surrounded by saltwater—an ideal jumping-off point for tons of outdoor action.

Ketchikan, Alaska — Granite cliffs, 1,000-foot waterfalls, crystalline lakes and low-hanging mists. Need we say more?

Skagway, Alaska — With over 20 shore excursions, including dog-sledding and a wilderness safari, it’s no wonder Skagway is Alaska’s “fun city.”

Tracy Arm Fjord/Sawyer Glacier — Home to the twin Sawyer Glaciers, here you’ll witness some of the world’s most awe-inspiring tidewater glaciers, cascading waterfalls and glaciers. Vancouver, BC — Vancouver is a picturesque city surrounded by the waters of the Pacific Ocean and the snow-capped peaks of the Coast Mountain range. Victoria, BC — The capital city of British Columbia, Victoria is a cosmopolitan metropolis in a picturesque harbor setting that is home to charming colonial architecture and historic buildings.

CHOICEAIR® & TRANSPORTATION.

67

When you have the excitement of a cruise vacation to look forward to, worrying about travel arrangements should be the last thing on your mind. That’s why Royal Caribbean International® offers an easy way to get to and from your ship. Our enhanced ChoiceAir program features guaranteed lowest airfares, the flexibility to choose your favorite airline and flights, and peace of mind in knowing you’ll get to your ship with round-the-clock support throughout your vacation.

We guarantee the lowest airfare. ** If you find a lower base fare within 24 hours of booking, we’ll credit you 110% of the difference to spend onboard your cruise.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS Air and Cruise Combinations - Royal Caribbean International® offers two options to shop and book round-trip air transportation between your port of embarkation and debarkation. We offer our online booking tool. ChoiceAir® guests who prefer more personalized assistance may call our ChoiceAir Support desk where a professional air agent is available to help you with your flights. Both air options allow you to shop and book your preferred airline, class of service (Economy, Business, First) and date of travel. Ground transfers to get you to and from the ship on the day of embarkation and debarkation can be added for an additional charge.

CHOICEAIR ® Things to know when booking through our ChoiceAir website: • The ChoiceAir website is available 24/7 and allows you to shop and book for air once your cruise booking has been confirmed (from 330 to 4 days prior to sailing). • Select your day of travel, choosing to arrive on the day of sailing or prior. When returning home you can opt to fly out the same day of debarkation or later. • You have the option of paying for all air tickets with a single credit card or a different credit card for each ticket. • You may request seat assignments and special assistance from the air carrier (oxygen, wheelchair, etc.). • You can book common flight arrangements for you and your fellow traveling companions up to a maximum of 8 companions. • You may accept or decline the purchase of round-trip or one-way Ground transfers the day of embarkation or debarkation. • When Ground transfers are purchased, a transportation vehicle will meet you at the airport to take you to the pier and from the pier to your departure airport. This service includes the handling of your baggage. When making your air travel bookings via ChoiceAir • Your flights will be ticketed immediately after booking. Changes made to the air ticket, once issued, are subject to the air carrier’s rules and restrictions. • You are responsible for verifying and correcting the spelling of all names prior to finalizing the purchase of a ChoiceAir itinerary to avoid airline re-ticketing charges. • A nonrefundable service fee of US$15 per person will be charged for Domestic/North American destinations and a US$25 per person service fee for International destinations. • Any changes to a ChoiceAir ticket must be made through the ChoiceAir Support desk. • Ticket changes will be subject to the air carrier’s rules and restrictions and may incur a penalty fee or additional charge.

You have the flexibility to search different airlines and flights, so it’s easy to find exactly what you want. And we filter out flights that won’t work with your cruise.

If any delays or cancellations jeopardize your plans, we work quickly with the airline to get you on the next available flight for your cruise.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Names used for air tickets are the same as those shown in our cruise reservation system and should match the guest’s form of identification used at check-in—e.g., passport. Guests are advised to reconfirm their flights and times directly with their air carrier within 48 hours of departure.

CHOICEAIR® CUSTOMER SUPPORT For those who prefer highly personalized assistance when booking air itineraries, our professional air agents will assist you with your flight arrangements, offering the same low fares and choices found on the ChoiceAir website. • Extend your vacation either before or after your cruise. • ChoiceAir Customer Support is recommended for groups of 9 or more guests traveling together or guests with difficult itineraries that require multiple changes of aircraft to get to/ from your city of origin to the port city. • Any changes to a ChoiceAir reservation must be made through the Customer Support Desk. These changes may be subject to additional fees. In the event of airline schedule changes it may be necessary to rebook ChoiceAir flights. Additional charges may apply.

ASSURED ARRIVAL With ChoiceAir’s Assured Arrival Program, should there be a disruption to your flights on travel day, Royal Caribbean’s Emergency Travel Team will work with our airline partners to find you a seat on the next-available scheduled flight, in the same class of service. If there are no viable options to the embarkation port, we will attempt to get you to the next available port. Call 1-800256-6649 or 305-539-4107 for assistance.

GROUP AIR Groups of 9 guests or more may be booked through our Group Air Desk. The Group Air Agent will work with your leader to determine which of our group options works best for your group. Fees may vary. For additional information on Royal Caribbean® Air Programs, call 1-800633-2440 or email us at groupair@rccl.com. The Group Air Desk is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.

GUEST TRANSFER SERVICES When purchasing Ground Transfers via Royal Caribbean® ChoiceAir, the ground transportation between your arrival airport and the ship and between the ship and your departure airport is offered at an additional charge. Should you purchase a hotel package from Royal Caribbean International®, a ground transfer is included in the hotel package from the hotel to the pier or pier to hotel. Transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and back is not available in all port cities. Please check with Royal Caribbean International® for direct assistance and suggestions on the best service to reserve for airport to hotel transportation.

Our Air Specialists are available 24/7 to ensure that your air travel is carefree. Just call (800) 533-7803. They’ll do whatever they can to assist.

If you choose to make your own air travel arrangements, you may wish to purchase the Royal Caribbean International® transfer to the ship. If you buy a Royal Caribbean International® transfer, we’ll meet you either in Baggage Claim or outside the customs area for international flights after you have collected your luggage and show you to our transfer bus. When reserving this service, please remember we need your flight information to meet you. Please consult your travel agent or our Reservations Department at 1-800-327-6700 for complete details. For Cruisetour guests, most transfers are included.

FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS Royal Caribbean® uses commercial airlines as well as commuter and/or charter air service. The airline tickets acquired by Royal Caribbean® may be highly restrictive. The airlines providing your transportation may limit your ability to reissue, exchange or make changes to your air tickets. All airline tickets purchased via the ChoiceAir Internet tool are the property of the guest and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Any changes or refunds to a ChoiceAir ticket must be handled through the ChoiceAir Support desk or directly with the air carrier. Penalties or fees for changes to air transportation booked through Royal Caribbean® may result in additional fees or charges, which must be paid by the guest. Such changes may also result in a different fare that must be paid by the guest. Royal Caribbean® acts as a sales agent for the air carriers used. Royal Caribbean® is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, rerouting or any disruptions of scheduled services once air documents have been issued. The air transportation is the responsibility of the air carrier used in conjunction with your Air/ Sea program and is subject to and limited by the “Contract of Carriage” as specified by the air carrier for each ticket issued.

Any increase in the air carrier’s Taxes, Fees and/or Other Surcharges will not be recalculated on air that has already been ticketed and in the hands of the guest. **Our Royal Caribbean ChoiceAir® Low Fare Guarantee ensures you will enjoy the lowest available rate on your base airfare when you book with ChoiceAir. If you find a lower fare within 24 hours of booking, you will receive 110% of the difference applied to your cruise booking as an onboard credit to spend onboard. Can I Join My Cruise After It Starts Or Disembark Before It Ends? It depends on the specific itinerary of your cruise, your nationality, and various United States and foreign laws. Joining the cruise at one of its ports of call or leaving the cruise prior to its scheduled termination point may be prohibited by law. If you need to join late or leave early, or both, submit your request in advance and we will tell you whether your proposed changes will be permitted. For more information visit WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM and search for information on “partial cruises.” There is a cut-off date for submitting this information, so make your request early. Please note that no refunds, prorated or otherwise, are granted to customers who join their cruise late or leave their cruise early. Certain governments impose fines or other charges when a guest permanently disembarks from a cruise before its final port of call. The guest will be responsible for those charges. Will The Price Change? Royal Caribbean International® reserves the right to change, whether via an increase or decrease, any published rates, including cruise rates and airfare charges, without prior notice. We reserve the right to impose on any existing booking or new bookings (whether paid in full or not) a supplement for fuel or other matters without prior notice as provided in our Passenger Ticket Contract, which appears at WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM/cruiseticketcontract. In addition, we reserve the right to pass through any third-party-imposed fuel or other surcharges, also without prior notice. The guest will remain liable for any applicable taxes, fees or surcharges that may be assessed by any governmental or quasi-governmental agencies. Such assessment is subject to change without notice at any time whether or not you have a confirmed booking under deposit or if you have made final payment. Service Fees: Any changes or cancellations to your cruise/Cruisetour or Air Arrangements (to which a cancellation charge does not apply) may be subject to additional fees such as service fees for documents.

What Does The Cruise Price Include? The price of your cruise vacation includes accommodations, most dining options, nightly entertainment and most onboard activities. Prices are cruise-only, per person, based on double occupancy in U.S. dollars and vary based on date of reservation, sailing date and stateroom category. Prices are subject to change without notice. The cruise vacation price does not include air transportation (except as noted); transfers (except as noted); optional shore and land excursions; meals and accommodations ashore (except as noted); certain beverages; casino gaming; photographs; gratuities; internet, telephone calls; specialty restaurants onboard certain vessels; purchases from the ship stores; or items of a personal nature such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments or salon services. Some of these items may be purchased separately. What Does The Cruisetour Price Include? The Cruisetour price includes the standard cruise components plus all transportation, hotels, transfers and sightseeing as indicated in this brochure. Meals on the land portion of the tour are not included except as indicated. The cruise/Cruisetour fares quoted also do not include any applicable government taxes, fees or surcharges that may be assessed by any governmental or quasigovernmental agencies. Such assessment is subject to change without notice at any time, whether or not you have a confirmed booking under deposit or if you have made final payment. See pages 31 and 33 for details.

What If I Am Traveling With A Group? The terms and conditions set forth in this brochure in general apply to persons traveling as a part of a group booking. However, some policies—such as deposit, payment, cancellations and other matters—set forth in this brochure do not apply to group bookings. Consult your travel professional for more details. When Will My Cruise Documents Be Available? Guests’ cruise documents provide information relevant to the sailing. Assuming all cruise elements are finalized and payments made, cruise documents will be available electronically from your travel agent or at WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM as early as 48 days prior to sailing. An additional production and shipping fee is required for those requesting paper documents or the reissue of paper documents which must be issued no later than 30 days prior to the sailing date. All cruise tickets and air arrangements are valid only for the named passenger and may not be sold or transferred. Regardless of document status, no one will be allowed passage unless his or her name appears on the ship’s guest manifest. Do I Need A Passport?* Yes, but there are some exceptions for U.S. citizens sailing on certain domestic voyages. Please see below for details. Before leaving home, please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the required travel documents you will be asked to provide prior to boarding the ship. Caution: The requirements described below are government regulations and policies. They are subject to change without notice. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents, such as passport, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents, are required for boarding and reentry into the United States and other countries. For your protection, we recommend that your passport book expiration date not occur within six (6) months following the voyage termination date. The name on your cruise line or airline reservation must match the name on your passport book or other identification documents. Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation. Consecutive Sailings Guests on consecutive sailings must ensure they have the proper travel documents for their cruise vacation. Domestic Travel Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) requires all travelers to and from the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda to present a valid passport book or other Department of Homeland Security-approved document that establishes the bearer’s identity and citizenship in order to enter or reenter the United States, unless otherwise noted below. For more information on this program visit: www.getyouhome.gov/ WHTI-Compliant Documents A valid passport book is already a requirement for international travel and for entering the United States by air. Cruise Travel Open-Loop Sailings An open-loop cruise (voyages that begin in one U.S. port and end in another U.S. port) will require a valid passport book or other WHTI-compliant document for entry or reentry into the United States. Closed-Loop Sailings Only a valid passport book or other WHTI-compliant document will be accepted for entry or reentry into the United States. U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end or depart at the same U.S. port), will be able to enter or depart the U.S. with proof of citizenship such as a government-issued birth certificate and laminated government-issued picture I.D. denoting photo, name and date of birth. A U.S. citizen under the age of 16 will be able to present either an original, notarized or certified copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad issues by DOS, or Certificate of Naturalization issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In the absence of any of the documents listed above, guests will be required to present BOTH an identification and citizenship document from each of the lists below in order to embark our vessel. The name on both documents needs to match the name on the cruise line reservation. If it does not as a result of marriage or divorce, guests will need to provide their state-, county- or province-issued marriage license or divorce decree. Guests who legally change their name will need to present a court document. Closed-Loop Identification Documents • Laminated driver’s license or identification card issued by a federal, state, provincial, country,

territory or municipal authority • All identification documents must have a photo, name and date of birth Closed-Loop Citizenship Documents** Government-issued: • U.S. Birth Certificate (original) • U.S. Birth Abroad Certificate (original) • U.S. Naturalization Certificate (original) • U.S. Certificate of Citizenship (original) International Travel A valid passport book is required; visas are required where they apply. This includes Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and Central and South America. For additional passport information visit: www.travel.state.gov/ Our Recommendation Royal Caribbean International® strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport book during their cruise. This greatly assists guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship’s departure from a port-of-call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons. Guests who need to fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport book with them. For additional passport information visit: www.travel.state.gov/Non-U.S. Citizens You will need a valid passport book and, in some cases, a visa. If you live in the U.S., you will also need the original copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC or “Green Card”) and any other documentation the countries on your itinerary require due to your alien status. Canadian Landed Immigrants All Canadian Landed Immigrants (inclusive of those who are citizens of the British Commonwealth countries) who reside in Canada must have valid passport and U.S. visas. Also required is the original copy of your Permanent Resident Card (PR Card), formerly the IMM 1000, or with respect to any country on the itinerary, any other travel documentation required because of alien status. For voyages that begin and end in the same U.S. port, U.S. citizen guests may travel with both a Governmentissued birth certificate** and Government issued picture ID card, such as a drivers’ license. Alien Registration Card (Green Card) U.S. lawful permanent residents will continue to be able to use their Alien Registration Card issued by the Department of Homeland Security or other valid evidence of permanent residence status to apply for entry to the United States. Card renewal is an important matter. ARC holders (United States permanent residents) with expired cards may be considered “out of status” and may be denied entry/reentry into the United States. If your ARC was issued over 10 years ago, you should check the expiration date printed on the front of the card. If your card is expired or it is about to expire, you should renew your card before you sail. If you are holding an old-edition ARC WITHOUT an expiration date, you will not be detained from entering the United States, but U.S. Customs and Border Protection highly suggests that you apply for a new card before you sail. For additional information visit: www.usimmigrationsupport.org/greencard_renewal.html Visa For specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees for your nationality, please contact the Embassy (Consular Services) of each country on your sailing itinerary or a visa service provider such as CIBT at www.cibt.com/rci or 1-800-858-8579 (identify yourself as a Royal Caribbean® guest for discounted rates). Visa Waiver Program This is a pre-travel authorization program for U.S.bound travelers from Visa Waiver countries. This U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program, the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) is mandatory, and all travelers, regardless of age, from Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries will be required to complete an online application similar to the I-94W and obtain an ESTA approval prior to boarding a carrier by air or sea to the United States under the VWP. A third party, such as a relative or travel agent, will be permitted to submit an ESTA application on behalf of a VWP traveler. The DHS recommends that an ESTA approval be obtained as soon as a VWP traveler begins to plan a trip to the United States and no later than 72 hours before departure. Should the information you provided change after receiving your approval, updating your application online is easy. ESTA will determine almost immediately in many cases if an individual is

eligible for VWP travel. Possible website responses include: Authorization Approved, Travel Not Approved, or Authorization Pending. In the event that an ESTA applicant is denied authorization to travel to the United States under VWP, he or she will be referred to U.S Department of State website for information on how to apply for a visa to travel to the United States. Applicants who receive an Authorization Pending response will need to check the website for updates within 72 hours to receive a final response. An approved ESTA travel authorization is: • valid for up to two years or until the traveler’s passport book expires, whichever comes first; • valid for multiple entries into the U.S. be it for business or pleasure; and • not a guarantee of admissibility to the United States at a port of entry. ESTA approval only authorizes a traveler to board a carrier for travel to the U.S. under VWP. In all cases, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers make admissibility determinations at U.S. ports of entry. (For additional information please visit “Know Before You Go”at the CBP.gov website.) Guests who apply electronically will be required to present their ESTA authorization approval receipt in order to board the vessel on applicable voyages. Countries Participating In The Visa Waiver Program Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Travelers from the VWP countries seeking to enter the United States will also be required to have a passport book in their possession. For passport requirements for Visa Waiver Program applicants visit the CBP.gov website. Pre-Travel Authorization Program for U.S.-Bound Travelers from Visa Waiver Countries This U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program has a mandatory effective date of January 12, 2009. On this date, subject to DHS modification, the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) became mandatory, and all travelers, regardless of age, from Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries will be required to complete an online application similar to the I-94W and obtain an ESTA approval prior to boarding a carrier by air or sea to the United States under the VWP.ESTA website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov Inoculation/Health As detailed in our brochure, all guests must ensure they are medically fit for travel. As such, we remind you to check with your physician at least 4 to 6 weeks before sailing to make sure you are up to date with any required immunizations or vaccines you may need (including but not limited to certification of yellow fever vaccination) to ensure you will be permitted to visit each of the exciting destinations and tours on your itinerary. For further information you may contact the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention’s Traveler’s Health website at www.cdc.gov/travel/ or toll-free at 1-800-232-4636. Family Legal Documents Should the last names of the parent sailing with their minor child differ, the parent is required to present the child’s valid passport book and visa (if required) and the child’s birth certificate (original, a notarized copy or a certified copy). The name of the parent(s) and the child must be linked through legal documentation. Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of any minor child traveling with them are required to present the child’s valid passport and visa (if required) or the child’s birth certificate (original, a notarized copy or a certified copy) and an original notarized letter signed by at least one of the child’s parents. The notarized letter from the child’s parent must authorize the traveling adult to take the child on the specific cruise and must authorize the traveling adult to supervise the child and permit any medical treatment that must be administered to the child. If a non-parent adult is a legal guardian, the adult must present a certified Certificate of Guardianship with respect to the child. *For additional passport requirements and information on obtaining or renewing a passport visit the State Department’s website: www.travel.state.gov/passport **A ‘birth certificate’ is issued by a government agency (state, county, city, etc.). This document (with seal and signature) is legal proof of citizenship that can be used by U.S. citizens for certain international travel. A ‘birth notice’ is issued by a hospital or other type of medical facility but it is not an approved travel document; it is a courtesy document that merely indicates where a birth occurred. It has no legal status and cannot be used to prove citizenship for international travel purposes. Therefore, please note baptismal papers and hospital certificates are NOT acceptable. Additionally, voter registration cards or Social Security cards are NOT considered proof of citizenship.

Planning Meals We offer all kinds of options, so you can eat formally or casually — in the open air, in a restaurant, or in your stateroom — any time of the night or day. Most meals are included in the price of your cruise vacation. Additional charges will apply for specialty restaurants and room service after midnight. Times may vary by ship and itinerary.

Does The Name On My Reservation Need To Match The Name On My Passport?

also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain areas of the ship as smoking areas.

Yes. It is important that the name on your reservation be exactly as it is stated on your passport or other official proof of nationality. If your name has changed since your document was issued (e.g., marriage/ divorce), it is required that you update the document with the new name or provide an official supporting document of the name change (e.g., marriage certificate). Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding.

Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. To assist in locating areas where smoking is permitted, guests will find visible signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays that are provided for use. Outdoor areas near restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools will not allow smoking. On Oasis class, smoking is not permitted in Central Park or the Boardwalk neighborhoods.

Do I Need To Check In Online Before My Cruise?

Casino Royale allows smoking and has a designated area for non-smoking guests. There will be visible signage indicating the non-smoking area in the casino. There are select cruises departing from China that will not have a non-smoking area in the casino.

Yes! Due to government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests, guests are requested to complete Online Check in at WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM/onlinecheckin no later than three days prior to their cruise. If you have not completed Online Check in, you will be required to complete this process at the pier two hours prior to the published sailing time. Please note that any discrepancies may result in a delay or denial of boarding. All you need are your reservation number, last name, ship and sailing date to check in online.

How Early Do I Need To Arrive? Check your cruise ticket for the check-in time for your particular ship and sail date. Do not plan on arriving at the pier prior to the specified time as the ship will not be ready to board guests and you may experience delays due to the official departure clearance process for the previous sailing. Cruise check-in will close 90 minutes prior to sailing. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Guests arriving after check-in closes will not be permitted to board. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to bring visitors onboard Royal Caribbean® ships in any port.

What If My Flight Is Delayed? If you have purchased the optional CruiseCare Vacation Protection Plan, you’ll be reimbursed up to US$500 to cover accommodations, meals and catchup transportation — as long as the airline delay was caused by covered reasons. Otherwise, either you or the airline is responsible for any expense incurred to meet the ship at the next legally approved port of call, if applicable. To ensure compliance with U.S. federal cabotage laws, guests are required to contact our Guest Flight Operations at 1-800-256-6649, option #2.

Is There Any Baggage Protection? Our optional CruiseCare Vacation Protection Plan provides up to US$1,500 in baggage and personal property protection due to loss, theft or damage. With the purchase of CruiseCare, should your bags be delayed by the airline for more than 24 hours, you will be reimbursed up to US$500 toward any purchases of necessary personal items. Guests may contact Guest Services or refer to the Cruise Compass for specific minimum drinking age information on their cruise vacation. • For purposes of complying with the minimum drinking age requirements, a guest’s age is established upon boarding at the beginning of the cruise vacation. • Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onboard, with the exception of embarkation day when guests are permitted to bring onboard with them up to two (2) bottles of wine (which are subject to a corkage fee) per stateroom. Security may inspect containers (including water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, canteens, etc.) at any time and will dispose of alcohol concealed in such containers. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased from onboard shops or in ports of call (which must be presented to security upon re-boarding), will be secured by ship’s personnel. Alcohol secured by ship’s personnel will be returned to guests just prior to the conclusion of their cruise vacation. Guests who are under the permitted drinking age will not have alcohol returned to them. • Guests who violate any alcohol policy, including but not limited to underage drinking, providing alcohol to persons younger than the minimum age, possessing, concealing or attempting to conceal alcoholic items in their luggage, when boarding or while onboard, engaging in alcohol drinking games, or failing to consume alcohol responsibly, will be considered for discipline under the provisions of this Guest Conduct Policy and may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense. • Royal Caribbean reserves the right to revoke or otherwise restrict drinking privileges of any guest, regardless of age. Guests 18 years of age and older are welcome to play in our casinos, except Alaska itineraries where the age is 21 or older.

What About Security? The highest priority of Royal Caribbean is to ensure the safety and security of all guests. In order to maintain an effective and meaningful security environment and to comply with international and national security laws, regulations and guidelines, Royal Caribbean has established strict security procedures in the seaport terminals we utilize and onboard all our vessels. These measures include screening all guests and their personal property prior to boarding. We appreciate your cooperation in this endeavor.

Can I Stay Onboard Longer On Departure Day? For certain European sailings we offer a Late Departure Program. For a fee, you can remain onboard up until 90 minutes prior to our next sailing. To learn more visit WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM/cruiseplanner

Can I Reserve Cruises Back-to-Back? Due to restrictions under the U.S. Passenger Vessels Services Act (the Jones Act), we cannot accept reservations for back-to-back voyages that begin in one U.S. port and conclude in a different U.S port. In the event such an itinerary is booked, Royal Caribbean reserves the right to cancel one of the passenger’s cruise reservations at the passenger’s expense.

Is English the main language spoken onboard? We are a global brand offering cruises that depart from various ports around the world. Our signature service, amenities, entertainment and overall onboard experience is delivered in the English language. The required language for crew onboard is English, but guest may find that many crew members do speak other languages. There are cruises with a high number of guests from a specific region(s) such as Asia and South America, and we may provide select printed materials and experiences in languages other than English.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We have found that paying attention to detail provides a high level of comfort to our guests. The following information will assist you with some of the particulars. Flight Restrictions Royal Caribbean® uses commercial airlines as well as charter air service. The airline tickets acquired by Royal Caribbean® for our packaged air offerings are highly restrictive. For our Packaged Air and ChoiceAir® offerings, the airlines providing your transportation may limit your ability to reissue, exchange or make changes to your airline tickets, and in some cases airline tickets are refundable only to Royal Caribbean®. Some airlines do not provide reserved seating or award frequentflyer miles on all flights or fares. Guests are responsible for all penalties or fees for changes to air transportation booked through Royal Caribbean®. Such changes may also result in a different fare that must be paid by the guest. Cancellation of any Air Arrangements booking within 75 days prior to sailing (90 days for holiday sailings) will result in a penalty or cancellation charge of as much as 100% of the air charge. Any claims for lost luggage should be made directly to the airline. The lostluggage rules apply to both our Air/Sea guests and our Cruise-only guests who do not use Royal Caribbean® for their Air Arrangements. Royal Caribbean® ChoiceAir and ChoiceAir Plus Programs allow for up to eight guests traveling together to book the same flights (based on airline availability). Nine or more guests traveling together may use ChoiceAir Plus or our Group Air programs.

Private Transportation Sedans, SUVs and limousines are available to guests at most of our arrival and departure ports. Whether it is from home to the airport/pier or from the airport to the pier, a sedan, SUV or limousine is available. For more information visit the “Plan A Cruise” section of our website, WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM

Luggage Valet Service Luggage Valet is a service offered onboard which enables guests to bypass traditional airport check-ins. Guests who participate will be processed onboard the ship and receive their airline boarding passes, luggage tags as well as baggage claim checks for their checked-in luggage. This service is available in these selected ports: Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Port Canaveral, Seattle, Seward, and on these selected airlines: Air Canada, Air Tran, Alaska Airlines, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, United and US Airways. Participating airlines vary by port. Consult the Guest Relations Desk onboard for specific port qualifications and additional information. An additional fee will apply.

What About Guests With Disabilities?

availability of specific equipment or services, please provide: • 60 days’ advance notice for sign language interpreting services • 30 days’ advance notice for special equipment or services Guests with medical concerns are advised to check with their physician before sailing. Please contact the Access department to notify us of your accommodation needs.

Designated Staterooms: Accessible staterooms are offered on all Royal Caribbean ships in different categories. They are designed for guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the use of the accessible features of the staterooms. Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, we require our guests to acknowledge in writing the need for an accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form. This form may be filled out on-line at WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM/SpecialNeedsForm. Guests without a disability booked in an accessible stateroom may be moved at any time to accommodate a guest with a disability. Assistive Devices: Guests may bring and use onboard wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other assistive devices. Due to safety reasons, a Segway® may not be used onboard. Guests should ensure that they are medically and physically fit for travel and that such traveling will not endanger their well-being or the well-being of others. Our personnel are not required to perform personal tasks (e.g., assisting with eating, dressing, toileting or lifting); therefore, guests who require assistance with these functions should consider these needs when making a booking. If there is a question regarding the guest’s fitness to travel without personal assistance, this must be discussed with our Access Department.

Any Cruisetours associated with these cruises are also subject to the 12-month minimum age requirement. Denial of boarding for infants who do not satisfy these minimum age requirements may also result in the denial of boarding for one or more guests sailing with

that infant. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from the cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or other accompanying guests.

Onboard Physicians: Each Royal Caribbean® vessel is equipped with a medical facility. At least one licensed physician and two nurses are normally in attendance on all Royal Caribbean® cruises. Guests will be charged for medical services, and medications are available onboard for a fee. The types of medications kept onboard are limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any specific medications they need. The medical facility is not intended or designed to serve as a clinic for guests, and Royal Caribbean® is not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment or services furnished by shipboard medical personnel. What About Advanced Or Delayed Sailings And Changes In Itinerary? In the event of strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions or mechanical difficulties, or for any other reason whatsoever, Royal Caribbean® may, at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call and may, but is not obliged to, substitute another ship or port of call and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to guests by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution. Royal Caribbean® shall not be responsible for any failure to adhere to the arrival and departure times published in this brochure for any of its ports of call. While every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics shown herein for a cruise, circumstances may necessitate changes or deviations therefrom. Can Passage Or A Booking Request Be Refused? We are delighted to have provided a safe and enjoyable cruise to millions of guests over the years. To facilitate our ability to continue to provide safe and enjoyable cruises to our guests, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking request from an individual or group and reserve the right to cancel an existing reservation. For more details, see our Refusal to Transport Policy and Guest Conduct Policy, each of which is available online at WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM. The Refusal to Transport Policy provides, among other things, that a

booking request may be denied, for example, where the guest’s conduct on a prior cruise has resulted in disciplinary measures by Royal Caribbean®. Royal Caribbean® is not liable for its refusal to transport any passenger or for its removal of any guest in accordance with these policies. In addition, Royal Caribbean® shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any guest who must leave the cruise vacation prematurely pursuant to either policy, nor shall Royal Caribbean® be responsible for lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by the guest or for any consequential or punitive damages.

What Are The Conditions Of My Cruise/ Cruisetour Ticket Contract? The transportation of guests and baggage on Royal Caribbean® ships is governed by the terms and conditions of the Cruise Ticket Contract included as part of the cruise documentation. The Cruise Ticket Contract limits your rights. The Cruise Ticket Contract sets forth limitations on the time frames in which claims may be made and suits may be filed against Royal Caribbean®. In the event of any conflict between (on the one hand) the terms and conditions of this brochure, any advertisements or offers related to a Royal Caribbean® cruise, or any oral or written representation of any Royal Caribbean® representative and (on the other hand) the Cruise Ticket Contract, the terms of the Cruise Ticket Contract shall govern. See WWW.ROYALCARIBBEAN.COM/cruiseticketcontract for details.

To the extent your Cruisetour operator makes arrangements with independent contractors, it does so only as a convenience to the guest. Those portions of the land tours that are performed by independent contractors are solely at guests’ risk and subject to the terms or arrangements made by them or on their behalf with the independent contractor. Neither Royal Caribbean® nor your Cruisetour operator assume responsibility with respect to the services provided by independent contractors (including cancellation, delay, injury, death or damage to property) even though Royal Caribbean® or your Cruisetour operator may collect monies or make bookings. Each guest agrees not to hold Royal Caribbean® or the Cruisetour operator or their agents or representatives liable for any loss, injury, expense or damage that results directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any independent contractor that provides any aspect of their land tour. Royal Caribbean’s liability for those portions of the land tour provided by your Cruisetour operator shall be as specified in the Cruise Ticket Contract. Royal Caribbean® is not responsible for any substitutions, deviations, variations or changes to the land tour portion; contact the independent contractor for information about their right to make such changes. Individual and group space are subject to availability, minimum participation and cancellation penalties. Blackout dates may apply. We regret that Royal Caribbean® cannot issue refunds for unused portions of your clients’ land tour. ®

CANCELLATIONS: If Royal Caribbean or your Cruisetour operator cancels a land tour, it will rebook guests on the same tour with a different departure date or a similar tour. All rebookings are

subject to availability. If that tour is unacceptable, the Cruisetour operator will refund, to the extent it received payment, the value of the land tour calculated in accordance with its standard methodology for handling such matters; there is no additional liability. Neither Royal Caribbean® nor your Cruisetour operator assumes responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Royal Caribbean® or your Cruisetour operator, respectively.

Under no circumstances does Royal Caribbean® responsibility extend beyond the ship. All arrangements made for guests with independent contractors are made solely for the convenience of the guest and are at the guest’s risk. Royal Caribbean® disclaims all liability for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, under any circumstances, except to the extent such disclaimer is prohibited by 46U.S.C.§183c.(b).

What Is The Guest’s Liability? Each guest agrees to indemnify Royal Caribbean® for all penalties, fines, charges, losses or expenses incurred or imposed upon Royal Caribbean® by virtue of any act, omission, or violation of law by the guest. As A Parent/Guardian, Can I Be Held Responsible For The Child Cruising With Me? If a child is cruising under your supervision and exhibits dangerous or disruptive behavior (e.g., excessive drunkenness, fighting, verbal abuse of a staff member, unruly behavior, vandalism in any public areas, etc.), the parent/guardian will be held accountable.

Can Minors Sail If Not Accompanied By A Legal Guardian? Guests under the age of 21 must be booked in a stateroom with an adult who is 21 years or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests

under the age of 21 and must be booked in the same or adjacent stateroom. The only situations where minors (under 21) can be berthed without an adult (21 or older) in a stateroom are when at least one parent is sailing or when the stateroom guests are legally married. These waivers can be given to the Group Leader or Travel Partner from their Groups Agent at Royal Caribbean International®. Please consult a travel agent for Royal Caribbean® group policies.
