Let’ s Get Social!
As we move further into the year, we plan to give readers a more holistic view of what “home” means, though we will still feature the region’s best realtors, brokerages, and listings; it will be more than that. Where can we go for fun? What are some trusted resources for home services whether it is a remodel or just emergency? How about good dining options and personal services like hair or massage? In a world full of noise, being able to grab an attractive, glossy magazine that is not too small or too big for a quick read coupled with great pictures is often a much-needed break in the day.
The newly named, Treasure Coast Home & Living will strive to be your break in the day with memorable articles and ads. For our advertisers and readers alike, we are expanding our distribution to 300+ locations with permanent stock available at specific locations within Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties for your convenience to grab and go. A new website is also in the works and well as a refresh to our social media platforms. Though you can find us online now at TreasureCoastInsider.us
It is going to be an exciting endeavor and it is my goal to give our readership what they want. If you have ideas, wish to be a distribution point, or know of great businesses that would be a terrific addition to our publication; let me know. Angies@image360vero.com or call 772-633-3777. So, as you flip through the pages of our August edition with highlights of new communities to explore from our friends at GHO Homes or travel adventures from the River Roamin’ TIllerys, we hope you will also soak up the incredible real estate offerings and fun local businesses showcased on the pages in between.
Wishing you all a wonderful wrap up to summer,
Angie Schepers

Back in 2012 I bought into the Real Estate Book of Martin County’s franchise. It was a whirlwind of learning the lingo of “REALTOR” and all things real estate. Fast forward 11 years, and I am proud to be passing the publisher reigns on to Angie Schepers of Vero. I have loved every minute of this publisher ride, all because of all of my wonderful advertisers entrusting their marketing to my publication. Angie holds all of my same values for this publication, and moving forward it will only continue to grow as a strong marketing resource on the Treasure Coast. I am excited of my personal next chapter as I have opened a retail store in Harbour Bay Plaza in Stuart. CRAFTED the Store is my vision of unique handmade gifts that you will not find anywhere else. Most of which I make myself! Please stop in next time you are in the area. Until we meet again.
