Share your tabletop design vision with us by creating a wishlist of your favorite items in our inventory. Let us know the details of our event including the venue, event date along with the start and end time, and guest count so that we can begin pulling the perfect design together Once we receive your wishlist request we will reach out so that we can get to know each other better and learn more about the personal details unique to your event If you're unsure of the exact pieces you're needing, we are happy to help you navigate those decisions by creating digital mock-ups based upon your vision and inspiration for the event

Our collection is made up of hand-source pieces to create tablesettings. These pieces include chargers, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware as well as a few add-on options such as napkin rings and salt and pepper shakers

To secure your date and requested inventory, we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer payment towards the total of your rental contract Though we do allow changes after your contract is signed, we do not allow complete removal of inventory or significant decreases in counts Please review the contract for further details

Though we do not allow significant changes after signing the contract, we do allow minor changes up until 2 weeks before the event date This is when we confirm the final guest count and final payment is due at that time. Changes to inventory, such as changing the items selected, is permitted if it is a parallel swap (i e charger for charger) These adjustments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

We recommend you secure tabletop rentals around 4-6 months before an event date if you are looking for specific pieces to complete your design Though we carry large quantities in our most popular pieces, we do regularly hit capacity for pieces within our inventory during peak seasons as well as hitting our capacity on the number of events we will take in a weekend
