Welcome to The Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans 2021 Parade of Homes!

This year’s Parade of Homes is presented by Ferguson Enterprises, Hoskin Homes, Reliable Glass & Mirror, and Troyer Builders.

What a year! It has been generations since all aspects of our lives have been conducted in one central location. This past year, “Home” has taken on new meaning. We’ve been cooped up and compelled to create new applications of how our residences are used. We have different needs: home offices, schooling areas, and home gyms to name a few. Considering how space is now utilized, the builders in our area have delivered projects that meet the current needs of any family. Many people are ready to search for a new home that offers style and much-needed space, as well as comfort and a sense of community.

The 2021 Parade of Homes is the largest official stage of the latest in-home design. It serves as the region’s best opportunity to tour new homes and see the latest innovations in building construction and the newest trends for 2021: including adaptable and multi-purpose layouts, combined open-air living spaces, and the latest styles and finishes in lighting, plumbing, and appliances.

The 2021 Parade of Homes is thrilled to exhibit 19 beautiful new construction houses. This allows us to showcase the work of our area’s most innovative builders, subcontractors, and vendors who inspire homeowners while building strong relationships in the communities in which they serve.

Additionally, The 2021 Parade of Homes is honored to be a proud supporter of the St. Jude Dream Home®. While not open to the public, The St. Jude Dream Home is located at 6442 Pontchartrain Blvd. in Lakeview. Built by Hyman L. Bartolo Jr. Contractors, LLC, the home is valued at approximately $725,000. Proceeds from the now sold-out, annual raffle will support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

This year’s in-home and 3D virtual Parade offers a variety of homes in neighborhoods that reflect the diverse tastes and budgets of every potential homebuyer. THE PARKS OF PLAQUEMINES A Master-Planned Westbank Community
