We both attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where I earned a B.S. in Information Systems and she obtained a degree in Molecular Biology. Hello, I’m Lloyd Trimble, Owner and Buyer Specialist at R.W. Price & Associates. I grew up in a small town in the North Hills of Pittsburgh called Mars (yes, same as the Planet) In high school, I began working for ClubCorp of America at Treesdale Golf and Country Club and continued through 2002.

I earned my Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1999, and actively sold real estate part time. After ClubCorp, I worked for Outback Steakhouses Incorporated, OSI, and relocated with Outback to Charlotte in 2005. I also gained a definitive background in Construction as an employee of Lowe’s Home Improvement. In 2006, I returned to Real Estate full time as an office assistant, then a licensed agent. Now licensed in North and South Carolina, I have participated in over 300 transactions since 2006!

I currently live in Stonebridge near Mineral Springs, NC with my significant other - We love it here so much, we relocated my parents, and sister to the area as well. We have 3 dogs: Billie, Teddy, and Bella. As an active member of Faith United Methodist Church, I teach Kids Club, Sunday School, joined the Praise Band, and serve community dinners. I Love Selling – It runs in the family. My Grandfather was a truck, tractor, and car salesman all his life. My sisters and parents say I am just like him. I also have a significant construction background, which has earned me the title New Homes Specialist. Matthews - Mint Hill Area Properties

The Town of Weddington encompasses about 17 square miles, and is approximately 15 miles southeast of Charlotte and 14 miles northwest of Monroe.

Wesley Chapel can be linked to a rural meeting place in the early 1800's, known as The McWhorter Campground. It was established on a slight rise overlooking Potter Road South a little over a mile to the south of where Wesley Chapel Road ends today. The Wesley Chapel Vicinity, in the late 1890’s was much better known as the community of Price’s Mill. Wesley Chapel School became the first accredited rural high school in Union County and one of the first in North Carolina -- that tradition of prominent and strong schools continues in 2012.
