Ben Reid Garden Centre has been helping local gardens look great for four generations. The business was founded by Ben Reid who supplied farmers with hedging back in the 18th century and is now run by family members Simon Fraser and his sister, Katie Lindsay.

Katie explained, ‘Nowadays, Ben Reid offer a superb selection of plants, trees, shrubs, fruit bushes, seeds, bulbs,seasonal bedding and composts. It’s probably the best range available in Aberdeen and the shire. We specialise in plants that flourish in the challenging North East climate, growing more than 60,000 plants at their Countesswells Road nursery each year!
