Trevor M. Saliba is the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a global private equity firm supported by a family office in Beverly Hills, California. Established in 2010 as the dedicated investment arm of the family office, the group traces its roots to the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors since the 1890s. Under his leadership, the firm has broadened its focus to include private equity, venture capital, and structured financing across various sectors such as business and financial services, consumer products, media, and technology, managing assets and transactions worth over $150 billion, including more than $10 billion in real estate. He also functions as the Managing Director, President, and COO of NFG SA, a Geneva-domiciled investment holding company focusing on insurance and reinsurance, energy and infrastructure, and real estate, showcasing his versatile management capabilities across diverse sectors. In 2018, he founded NMS Consulting, a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm, and continues to serve as its Chairman. This firm emerged from the consulting practice within NMS Capital Group, expanding to employ over 350 professionals across 17 international offices, focusing on management consulting, corporate advisory, strategic communications, and tax advisory. From 2012 to 2018, he was the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, a global investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and asset management advisory services. He led the firm through significant growth, culminating in its sale in late 2018. During this time, it completed over $5 billion in transactions and was ranked among the top investment banks in Los Angeles.
