TAKE NOTICE THAT on January 29, 2025, an order was made for service on you of a notice of civil claim issued from the Victoria Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding No.VIC-S-S-248626 by way of this advertisement.

In the proceeding, the plaintiff, Director of Civil Forfeiture, claims the following relief against you: forfeiture of $20,057.50 in Canadian currency seized from 610-8750 University Crescent, Burnaby, B.C., $20,387 in Canadian currency seized from 1609-6098 Station Street, Burnaby, B.C., and $79,890 in Canadian currency seized from 4078 Sefton Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. by the Coquitlam RCMP on May 23, 2024, and $595 in Canadian currency seized from a 2023 Toyota Highlander by the Coquitlam RCMP on May 30, 2024, and its proceeds.

You must file a responding pleading within the period required under the Supreme Court Civil Rules failing which further proceedings, including judgment, may be taken against you without notice to you.
