by Tony Maresca, his sister (Debby), and wife (Alice); all were born and raised in Brooklyn NY. The family moved to Clemmons seven years ago. Tony has 30 years in the Bowling business in many

capacities including ownership. His wife and sister have been in the medical field for the majority of their careers. Their Italian upbringing and love of Italain food, much of which was inspired by their Grandparents gave them the inspiration to open their own Italian Restaurant.

Tre Nonne offers many authentic Italian dishes, all of their pasta is fresh and made in house, this goes for our deserts

as well Tre Nonne’s premier dish is our Sunday Gravy, (only offered on Sunday).

Tre Nonne does a wine and dine Tuesday special that includes 4 different Italian wines every Tuesday for $4.00 a glass, the wines are offered with food pairing suggestions.and change every week. Newest Sushi Bar Just opened at 223 South Elm Street is Tunazilla a downtown Asian restaurant with a special twist. It is here they offer both traditional sushi rolls and some very personal and creative twists on this traditional Japanese favorite. For example, Chef has created a special riceless Sushi roll for those who love sushi but are on a low carbohydrate diet.

But he goes well beyond the traditional Makimono (rolled sushi), with Panko fried Chicken and Hibachi cooked dishes by adding a variety of tasty and very unique ingredients to this traditional Asian fare.

Of note, is the family recipe Ponzu sauce which adds both a tang as well unique finish to your sushi but you must request this house specialty.

You can have your sushi brought to the table or watch it being prepared by the Chef while sitting ringside at the sushi bar.

Also available are traditional Asian dishes such as Pad Thai, Pho, and Japanese Udon style chicken, beef, shrimp and for our vegan diners Udon tofu.

New Belgium Citradelic Tangerine IPA

From Spencer: New Belgium Brewery is located in Fort Collins, CO. Jeff Lebesch opened this brewery in 1991 after taking a trip to Europe and then decided to take his homebrewing hobby to the next level. New Belgium is one of the top craft breweries in the United States that produces all types of beers with the Fat Tire Ale being their flagship.

Citradelic is their new India Pale Ale that is brewed with Citra hops and Tangerine. This beer is a perfect blend of sweetness from the malt and then the explosion of tropical flavors from the tangerine and hops! Try this beer on the porch as the weather turns warmer as the 6% ABV comes across pretty tame and just imagine being in Tropical paradise From Tim: We had this on The Less Desirables and I was quite impressed with it. The tangerine is forward but not overpowering. The hoppy notes balance the flavor instead of dominating. There is a smoothness that many other IPAs skip on, instead opting to inundate you with the hop-heavy profiles. This is a good, easy-todrink beverage that goes well in all weather, but I believe it would be best in the warmer months.
