Founded by Kate Carnegie MBE in 1998, the company has grown to become one of the most successful Scottish private sector welfare-to-work companies in the UK. Its mission is to develop new and innovative approaches to employment and training that work for both individuals and companies alike. From 13 locations across Scotland and the North of England, Triage works with the Department for Work and Pensions’ Prime Contractors and Jobcentre Plus to deliver the Government’s Welfare to Work agenda.
