R E Q UI R E M E N T S $40 E&O fee per real estate transaction. $180 Annual fee for brokerage transaction management software (includes e-signature) Compliance approval of listing & contractional documents. Agent pays monthly invoices for dues/advertising upon receipt.

E X P E C TA T I O N S Uphold National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics. Adheres to all TREC local association polices & Triangle Realty policy manual. Holds fiduciary responsibilities in the highest regard & takes regular training classes. Close 1 real estate transaction quarterly (or 4 annually)
