Coming 2020

Spotlight Sheryl Y. Ragland Strategic Success Speaking and Coaching

I am inspired by living a life that I designed on my own terms. That desire empowers and motivates me to inspire and support other women to pursue their dreams by gaining clarity on their goals, passion and purpose. When I first decided to take a leap of faith to be an entrepreneur, it all seemed like a dream. I was a bit afraid; it was uncomfortable and scary. However, after you move past the fear, put a plan, structure and systems in place and get your first few clients, those feeling begin to diminish little by little. When you are able to experience your dreams, the freedom and flexibility it allows you to have, you continue to put in the work to build your business to have the life style you desire. I grew up in poverty, in the housing projects of New York City. I was surrounded by drugs in my home and exposed to violence. I was problematic in school. I became a mother at the age of 20. I promised, with the help of God that I would do everything I could not to repeat that cycle and environment for my child. With a lot of hard work, perseverance and challenges I pushed my way through school, earned three degrees and ultimately became a elementary school principal now, retired. My why is to be able to create a legacy for my child and family. My why is to bring every woman along this journey to inspire and empower them to follow their dreams. Sheryl Ragland is an Author, Entrepreneur, Empowerment Speaker, Purpose Coach and Spiritual Leader.

“My book - ORDINARILY EXTRAORDINARY”

“When my wife Melanie began suffering strokes in early 2019, we became engaged in a harrowing medical battle that lasted several weeks. As I struggled to maintain normal routines for our four young children, Melanie suffered mysterious episodes that continually impaired her speech.” “Throughout these

events, I reflected on our lives, candidly recalling marital clashes, deep secrets, personal trauma, failures, and regrets, along with the recognition of Melanie’s indomitable spirit that bolstered me even when the fight was taken from us.” “I sought to set a positive tone for our family and vowed that we would thrive, even while being tormented by ordeals that showed how living that positive tone wouldn’t be easy.” “This is a captivating true story and a fascinatingly unique perspective of a surviving husband and father that is surprisingly uplifting.”

Spotlight LaSandra Collins “Every day is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.”

~LaSandra Collins

LaSandra Collins is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others to see themselves as Christ sees them. Her mission is to build up and help others realized that they are everything our Heavenly Father says they are so that they can walk into their divine destiny. LaSandra’s motto is: “Every day is an opportunity to make a difference”. She believes this can be done through deeds and encouraging words. LaSandra resides in Spring, Texas with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and writing inspirational pieces. Some of her work has been featured in a play, “Faces in the Mirror” LaSandra has also written a book, “From A Christian Perspective Encouragement for Daily Living” which was published in February 2018. On June 22, 2019, LaSandra hosted her very first conference, “Free to Be Me”. On March 28, 2020, LaSandra will have The Power of Hope conference. At some point in our lives, each and everyone one of us will be faced with adversities and if we are not careful, we these challenges can cause us to question our faith and cause us to lose sight of God’s promises to us as believers. This conference is designed to encourage others to keep hope and faith in Lord regardless of what their life circumstances look like. It will illustrate how I myself was faced with adversity and how I maintain my faith, hope and trust in God and overcame that challenge. This conference will be at the Hilton Gardens 7979 Willow Chase, Houston, TX 77070. Come join us.

When we asked her to share with us something she overcome or all the success she had achieved; she shared this. “Back in 2006, I left my husband and my life as I knew it was in total chaos and turmoil. Little did I know that God had a plan for my husband and I. The first year of that separation, the Lord dealt with me individually, reveling to me where I went wrong in my relationship with Him and my husband. One day, while in church service, the Holy Spirit came upon me, while I was in communion with God, he told me my marriage would be okay. In 2008, my husband and I reconciled our and united back under one roof.

This past June, we celebrated our 23rd wedding

Anniversary. What I learned from that experience has been invaluable and I minister to married couples now encouraging them to put God in the mist or their relationship because they cannot maintain their marriage on their own strength.” In 2018 my goal was to publish my devotional book and I did. “From A Christian Perspective: Encouragement for Daily Living” can be downloaded for free by gong to Smashwords.com. In 2019, my goal was to host my first Conference and I accomplished that in June. It was a huge success to say I have no idea where to begin with even planning a conference.

God truly amazed me because I asked him to put the resources, I need in my path to help me with this conference and he did just that. I would have never imagined have a radio station air my conference live. I could have never imagined have 50 people in attendance, some who did not even know me or ever heard of me before me advertising this conference. All I can say is but God…

SPOTLIGHT Mrs. Harriett Deborah Loney AS LIFE WOULD HAVE IT It takes hunger, discipline, and grit! I had it from a child and I knew I would be great. But great at what? My life began in Panama Central American, born to two wonderful parents‌ but that didn’t last long. At the age of 4, my parents were divorced, and my mom, Veronica Bland, and I moved in with my Abuela or grandmother in English. I grew up in a Christian home where God and love were the priority. Abuela, my grandmother, took care of me while my mom worked late hours to make ends meet and before we knew it I was in NY with my mom. Four years later we moved to Oakland California and that became home. These two women were the strength in my life and to this day they are why I became who I am.

I was always a leader. In my school days, I was president of many activities, telling people what to do and even joined Jr. ROTC, and on my quest to find fulfillment, I joined the US Air Force, retired, and continue with Federal service for a total of over 35 years.

SEARCHING FOR GREATNESS

In pursuit of my dreams, I went from being a dancer to a licensed Nail Technician with hopes to own a storefront and teach others how to do the same. Instead, I had multiple nails shops in my house in Italy and

Germany as my family and I traveled the globe in the military. My unique skill-set comes as a result of an unstable childhood, a missing father, but I remembered the love my mother and grandmother taught me spilled over and taught me to love people, God’s people and I wanted to understand humans - how we think and why we do what we do, so I began to study Psychology and Sociology. People were always my passion and so I listened, I coached, and I ministered to them to help make a difference in the world. This led to my calling as an Evangelist. After achieving a certain amount of success in my nail business, at the age of 27 I accepted my call to be an Evangelist and I was one of the 12 founders of a church in Italy. I led, coached and mentored countless women’s organizations, youth groups, and military leaders. I continued to learn and grown and began to seek mentors, both life & business coaches to get on the right track. My two beautiful daughters were born in Italy and I decided to impact their lives and the lives of others, one person at a time, like the starfish story, with the birth of my own coaching, speaking, and training consultancy, iSpark Transformation, LLC. Once I noticed it was ingrained in me, it just flows out from me and it’s easy to dedicate my life to equipping and empowering people, especially young girls in transition from now to the next part of their life igniting their purpose from within.

My gift is to teach young ladies how to survive, how to become leaders, develop wealth, invest in themselves and most importantly how to ascribe to positive self-talk and believe in themselves. Once we get that together, we can do anything!!! What keeps me going strong? My faith in God. In this world, it’s all about renewing your mind over matter and shifting the perspective. We can and we will go BEyond ourselves to BEcome what and who we are called to BEcome… leaving a legacy for generations to come.
