Inspiring Women

What inspires you?

I am inspired by the pure love I witness in people’s eyes, animals’ eyes & the whispers I hear from Spirit. I am inspired by nature & its beauty. I love to inspire others by example; making myself available to those who may be lost, those who may be struggling with deep pain, unwavering anxiety, or things we don’t generally speak of out loud.

What are your goals?

My goals are to continue to empower as many people as I can. To help fundraise for those who help rescue animals & give them a voice, a home & a family.

Tell us about your Business.

I have created a year-long program called “A Sacred Year of Shamanism”. An individualized one-to-one program Each month we explore a different piece of Spirituality & Shamanism totaling 12 months in all. Receive your wisdom, gifts & abilities through this process. Each session is a 1-1 unique healing between you & Deb empowering you to work through any/all blockages in a safe environment.

What is your favorite quote:

“It’s a beautiful thing.”

Spotlight On Deb DeWilde

Tell us about yourself.

My name is Deb DeWilde. I am a mother, sister, daughter, friend, wife, & fur-baby momma. :) I have experienced trauma, grief, heartache, love, light & miracles. It is because of all these experiences, I have been gifted by Source to be able to help create the shift in others so that they may create their best life. For 35 years I have been working in Psychology while simultaneously crafting my gifts with Spirit. I work with a team of Guides, Masters, Angels, and Passed Loved Ones to facilitate healing. I've always had an understanding that there is more to life than what we see in front of us. I am authentic. I am powerful. I am gentle in nature. I understand what it means to feel like you don't belong, that you're hanging on too tight or that life is too tough.

I am an Empath & it would be my honor to work with you! I have specialized in Autism, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Mental Health Disorders. I have worked as a part of a multidisciplinary team in a client-centered approach within a social, physiological & psychiatric framework.

I have taken my personal experiences, with my clinical training & have lived a life of service. My greatest challenge was feeling like I didn’t fit in. I never fit in the box. I wasn’t blond, thin, had blue eyes, or have straight hair. I didn’t fit into the typical social scene. I was raised in an abusive household & learned how to fear. Even with being raised within organized religion, I was taught to fear God.

I have broken free ~ literally & figuratively. My relationship with Mother Gaia has grown & been nurtured. I’ve spent many moments camping, walking through the woods, hiking, and foraging. I love to hear the birds sing, to watch the deer eat the berries off the bushes & the groundhogs dig holes in the earth.

I am an introvert, born with an invisible disability under a life with multiple levels of abuse. I am a Survivor & a Warrior! I understand the journey. I have the depth, clinical training & Spiritual knowledge to help others to shed their fears & grow into their light. I create One of a Kind Smudging Fans. I work with Spirit to create a beautiful, customized fan that becomes the recipient's divine tool ~ for use during Ceremonies, clearing of energy & holding space.

What would you like to spotlight?

I would like to spotlight my business ~ Sacred Soul Messenger,

Tell me more about yourself.

I am a Shaman, Multi-Modality Healer & Spiritual Mentor. I specialize in Grief, Inner Child & PTSD. I work with kids, youth, adults, seniors & couples. I am LGBTQ friendly. I am also a Retired Behavior Consultant who specializes in Mental Health Concerns. I love & rescue animals.

What have you achieved?

I have achieved, Peace ~ I no longer choose to fit into society’s box of what I should do or look like. I’ve undone decades of societal conditioning. I’ve retired from working for agencies & I’ve created a successful online business by empowering others.

What is your goal for 2022?

In 2022 my goal is to help as many as I can unburden themselves from the expectations of others, to better understand their unconscious triggers & develop a deeper understanding of who they are at their core ~ including ancestors, teachers, guides & passed loved ones.

Social Media:

What would you say to another?

I believe we can heal our soul from within, that we can free ourselves from the oppression of others' impressions in order to live a life of true freedom

Choosing Joy

These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full ~John 15:11

I have found that happiness is used in the context of mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense Joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction, subjective well-being, flourishing and well-being.

It can also be said that Joy can be a core value and that Heaven conducts its most serious business in an atmosphere of Joy. Joy brings a heavenly atmosphere, into the reality of our daily lives, and this triumphant Joy brings victory in every circumstance. ...

Joy, as a spiritual quality, lasts forever. We always have it. Having joy includes feeling good cheer and a vibrant happiness. But joy, in its fuller, spiritual meaning of expressing God's goodness, involves more. It is a deep-rooted, inspired happiness.

I believe that Joy is the settled assurance that God is in control of all the details of our life, the quiet confidence that ultimately everything is going to be alright, and the determined choice to praise God in every situation.”

Joy is a gift of the Spirit.

The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit, according to Chapter 5 of the Epistle to the Galatians: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Why is Joy important in life?

Joyful people experience less chance of having a heart attack, lower cholesterol, decreased stress levels and longer lives. Joy is imperative for boosting our resilience and wellbeing. It gives us the strength and energy we need to do our important work in the world. We feel Joy in our bodies because of the release of dopamine and serotonin, two types of neurotransmitters in the brain.

Both of these chemicals are heavily associated with happiness (in fact, people with clinical depression often have lower levels of serotonin.)

Joy brings many benefits to our daily and spiritual lives. Joy is a far more dynamic force than most of us realize. It has the power to reignite our passion for laughter and celebration. It can free us to rise above endless demands as we become more content and thankful.

It can change unchangeable circumstances and bring a peace rooted in the remarkable love of God. There’s a deeper power and purpose to this mighty virtue. When you feel stuck in the rut of discouragement, there’s no greater gift than rediscovering joy.

This book “ The Girl Who Dared to Dream”

is inspired by my many interactions with a number of women. I see that some have lost hope and given up on their dreams or stopped dreaming because of the pressures of life. I want to encourage you to keep holding on and to keep dreaming. The future you desire starts from a dream. If you can dream it then you can achieve it. No dream is too small or too big, you just need to be determined to show up and consistently play full out until you get to that desired destination.

I hope that this book will keep you inspired and ignited to travel the long haul. Remember you just have to dare to dream and then be patient to call your dreams into manifestations. I shared aspects of my life journey in this book and I know that someone will have their dreams come alive as a result of engaging with this book.

Whenever I look back through the years, I sometimes have tears of joy running down my cheeks knowing how far I had to travel to get here. It has really been a journey of curves, turns, and twists. On many occasions, I thought of throwing in the towel and settling for less because I lost sight of how much my dreams meant to me. Each time this happened I had the opportunity of crawling back to a place of commitment. I don't take this for granted at all. I cannot ignore the role of grace and favor of God in my life because he knows that my dream will birth and nurture so many other dreams.

So I ask, what is the motivation for your dream? Whom do you serve with your dream?

These are rhetoric questions, which only you can sincerely answer. As you read through the pages of this book, I want you to be inspired to take solution-driven actions to birth your dream. Start from where you are, there is never a perfect time to start. While at it be comfortable with making mistakes and learning lessons along your journey.

I look forward to the transformations that this inspired book will birth.

What are the steps of goal setting?

Entrepreneur goal setting is when business professionals create specific objectives for the future. These can include both long-term and short-term goals. When creating a new business, entrepreneurs can set realistic and achievable goals to help them succeed.

What is the most important step for success?

Set actionable and emotional goals

Therefore, one of the most important steps to success is goal setting. If you don't set goals, you won't know exactly what you're reaching for. If the goal is just “success,” this is way too broad. You want to narrow in and set actionable, emotional goals

Seven Steps for Effective Goal Setting

1. Pinpoint what is most important in your life. Goals must have a benefit for you in order to stay committed to them.

2. Set a goal and write it down.

3. Identify obstacles.

4. Make a plan.

5. Set a timeline.

6. Commit and block time.

7. Get an accountability partner.

Now we move onto the 7 steps of success.

What are the 7 steps to success?

1. Step 1: Set Your Goal. Start by setting your goal. ...

2. Step 2: Commit. See your goal as a journey that has your intention waiting for you at the end of it. ...

3. Step 3: Make Adjustments. ...

4. Step 4: Be Consistent. ...

5. Step 5: Expect to Succeed. ...

6. Step 6: Take Pride. ...

7. Step 7: Have Enough.

What are the 10 steps to success?

10 steps for achieving life goal success by the end of the year

1. Step 1: Raise your standards.

2. Step 2: Ditch the negativity.

3. Step 3: Keep focus.

4. Step 4: Jump in with both feet.

5. Step 5: Master mind-mapping.

6. Step 6: Don't get overwhelmed.

7. Step 7: Make a plan.

RECAP

What would I do to achieve my goals in life?

Set your goals and make them happen

1. Decide. Think of something you want to do or work towards. ...

2. Write it down. Carefully think about it.

3. Tell someone. Telling someone we know about our goals also seems to increase the likelihood that we will stick at them.

4. Break your goal down.

5. Plan your first step.

6. Keep going.

7. Celebrate.
