Cover Spotlight Regina Mullen Hello my name is coach Gia and I am a master wisdom life coach. Yes, I have been to school to learn a lot about coaching skills and methods. My life has taught me about wisdom life skills. That's why I am such a magnificent wisdom life coach. I have learned to play life to its fullest. I coach and play my life to win. What I do as a coach is help you look at your life like a game so you always experience becoming a better you. Always winning in life. I have learned to play this skillful game in life from a lot of Trials and errors from my personal life. I can now say I truly love my life and I am worthy of the very best life ever. It feels so good to be walking the walk and talk and talk. I truly believe everybody on Earth has a special gift that the Lord has planted in them a seed that is in each and every one of us. When we or able to walk in the abundance and prosperity of our gifts and our passions we become the very best us we can be. No, I'm not going to say is easy you just have to stay connected stay faithful and stay in a tribe of powerful dedicated trustworthy unconditional loving women. Your tribe also have to be joyfully, full of unconditional love plus understand complete judgement-free awareness. That's why I believe that everybody should have a life coach that that helps them stay a countable to being the best they can be. I have been through molestation, drug abuse, domestic violence and just less than two years ago I was attacked by a complete stranger. That left me with a broken wrist two bulging discs in my neck and needing surgeries on my knees. I have come to realize is sometime some of the greatest gifts come in very ugly packages.
It's hard to believe that that situation made me understand and made me realize that was one of the best turning point in my life. I had a choice to make either I was going to continue to look at what happened or I was going to be a woman of my word and walk the walk that I've been telling so many other women to do. So, I started thinking about what I was what I can do to improve me. I stopped feeling sorry for myself and start seeing what could I do to improve somebody else's life. This led me to the point of where I am now. I know I'm worthy. I know I can have the best. I know I have value to help many other women. With me being a coach, I was able to help myself recover and see the positive that was uncovered in all that I have been through. It made me realize that the Lord shows up and shows out all the time. It made me be thankful and grateful to be able to work wake up daily and how's the family and friends that I have in my life. It made me stop and think about where I was going in my life and what I was doing to improve my life and others. I now wake up in complete peace love Joy happiness thankfulness gratefulness and I live a life of favor. Always know you are winner. Never give up on your dreams and desires. When you get lost find someone that will help hold you accountable for the best you someone that is tactful but is truthful to you and the most loving kindness way possible. When I sit down with my clients, I let them tell their story the way they want to deliver it to me. There is so much knowledge in someone's story they will tell you so much about their self that desires they want and needs if you have skillful listening skills. What I love about my coaching it taught me methods on how to take some of the things that was hard in my life that was delivered to me an unjustifiable way and use it as a learning skill to help other women. Now with my love my unconditional judgement free awareness place. You can have a complete conversation that is completely about you. I know that this didn't just come from skills and Method it comes from my heavenly father and a higher power and walking in his grace Living my passion and being full oh love because he loved me when I wasn't worthy of love. The thing is when is the last time you had a conversation with someone that didn't interrupt you was completely there a hundred percent there for you and your well-being and wanting you and helping you reach your dreams desires and goals. I am so thankful for my trials my errors because he made me learn to listen it made me learn to not be so judgmental it made me learn to be patient it made me learn that things don't always look like they do from the outside you have to really listen and feel and understand what's going on the inside of someone. I believe in several things you have to have a good vibrational high energy flow and you need a good
foundation to be able to help someone be their best selves. You can't have hidden luggage hose holding your foundation and don't expect at some time that things will come caving in. That's why I prayed for many years for the Lord to help me take the things that was mine testimony and let them not hurt no one else. At this time in my life, I think they have any father that I've been healed and save because my testimony doesn’t have power over my future any longer. That comes some healing from the inside completely and then letting it radiates on the outside. My smile sometime makes people wonder why is she so happy why is she smiling because I'm a walking miracle and I see the Miracles Shining showing up in my life every day. Me being here me being able to tell my story is another miracle because it's so many times that I should not have made it but I did. We having so much love enjoys and peace in my life is a testimony to a bigger and better plan from my heavenly father. Because I used to be very bitter mad hateful angry. But now oh there is a heavenly father because everyone I come in contact with all I have is unconditional love for them. I can find the beauty in just about everyone now. I helped transform and motivate women to be there very best self. That's such a powerful beautiful way to be and I'm so thankful. By God's grace and favor this is who I am now I am a woman on a mission to help Millions. I am a woman that is a winner. I am a woman that's worthy of the very best. I am a I am a woman that has value. I am a woman of power that has the passion methods in skills to empower others.

I specialize in making events memorable as a keynote speaker, moderator, guest panelist, workshop facilitator, or event MC by helping my clients self-actualize their individual greatness to move beyond internal or external barriers. Essentially, Jennifer uses her voice to help others find theirs. I am a retired Navy combat veteran, Distinguished Toastmaster, an award-winning inspirational influencer, internationally published author, public speaking coach, as well as an anti-domestic violence activist and victim’s advocate. life so that they can walk boldly in their purpose. My passion and knowledge of leadership, work-life balance, team building, and diversity in corporate America has motivated and transcended the internal and external business practices of several local, state, and federal government agencies as a corporate trainer through my top-notch seminars. I also aim to encourage individuals to have a Get F.I.T. (Focused, Intentional, and Thriving) Mindset so they can ultimately find their personal peace, purpose, and power.
This mindset is achieved through her self-published book titled Tomorrow My Sunshine Will Come: Memoirs of Women Who Survived Domestic Violence as well as her prolific blog G.U.M.B.O. (Greatness Unbounded Moving Beyond Ordinary) just to name a few of her platforms. As a change champion and wanting to make a greater impact in the world concerning domestic violence, human trafficking and homelessness, Jennifer became the Founder and CEO of Unstoppable You Ministries, Inc., where she is a proficient event organizer and host of Unstoppable You Conference as well as host for Living Unshackled ON Purpose television show. Above all, Jennifer is living proof that dreams, passions, and goals are obtainable if you trust in God, surround yourself with positive people, and put one foot in front of the other. Jennifer and her family reside in southern Maryland.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU? I am inspired by ‘Motivating others to be Unstoppable’ and to help others move beyond internal and external barriers. NAME ONE THING YOU WANT TO BE REMEMBERED FOR. Using my voice to help others find theirs; I want to make a difference doing something bigger than myself.

Meditation and Calming the Mind
How does meditation calm you down? Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. Meditation is a great way to relax and quiet your mind. ‘According to the Mayo Clinic,’ meditation is a great stress reducer that can calm you and bring relaxation. Calming meditation can help you sleep better, focus better at work and remain calm throughout the day.
These are the Top 10 Benefits of Meditation •
Reduced Stress. • Emotional Balance. • Increased Focus. • Reduced Pain. • Reduced Anxiety. • Increased Creativity. • Reduced Depression. • Increased Memory.
No Time, No Desire to Meditate? You can meditate in many different ways you can meditate through breathing exercises, writing in a journal so you can put your emotions in words. Choose one activity to do with mindful attention to that something that brings you comfort. Offer yourself mindful, compassion. Prayer can be a meditation.
Here is a small list of different types of meditations: •
•
•
Mindfulness meditation. • Spiritual meditation. • Focused meditation. • Movement meditation. • Mantra meditation. Transcendental Meditation. • Progressive relaxation. Loving-kindness meditation.
According to medical study results; meditating for just 10 minutes a day was enough to see significant results within 8 weeks. As long as it’s done consistently, sitting still and breathing deeply for just 10 minutes can help you concentrate better throughout the day.
What happens to your brain when you meditate? Meditation develops various regions of your brain. Your brain develops through neural connections. Neurons, the information processing cells in your brain, connect to make neural pathways, which are responsible for your thoughts, sensations, feelings and actions. ... This same process happens when you meditate. How do you know if meditation is working?
Here are 5 signs that meditation is working for you, even before you've reached your first moments of silence. 1. 2. 3. 4.
You become more aware of your body. You'll notice when you're in a bad mood and be able to just drop it. Things that used to irritate you no longer irritate you. Your usual mental patterns will break.
How to Be a Calm Person: A Few Methods for Mind over Matter Immersion. Do a yoga or meditation, swim class or tennis, whatever you enjoy doing, even as simple as walking, hiking, biking, Yoga for 4-5 days a week for one month. Why? Immersion helps you master something deeply, quickly. If you like it, it’s yours. Give the practice 21 days. After that, it becomes a well-honed strategy and part of your natural being. These are scientifically proven methods for reducing anxiety, depression and PTSD)
Conjure calming imagery. In your mind envision a lake front with warm breezes, a flower garden, a mountain retreat, the beach or any place that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in. Spend some time there and spiritually rest within the calmness. Let yourself take naps. I saw a sky blue sign with happy red letters that said, “Naps.” One said ‘Sleep is good for creativity and calm.’ The unconscious mind can sort through confusions at rest. Remember, it isn’t always you. Well sometimes it is, but if you are to blame, I am going to assume that you have figured that out already, but sometimes we can pick up energies from others and they can weigh heavily on you. Life can be hectic and overwhelming with our jobs, home and friendships, so we must take time to unwind and release the stresses of the day; take time out to do breathing meditation when at work. During your lunch break use this technique to help you through your day. If you work from home, allow yourself a nap to stay fresh and connected as well as grounded. Say to yourself or to the other person if you have to “I can no longer be the receptacle for their/ your unwanted characteristics.” In short, don’t get suckered into a regressive battle and allow the baseness of the other to infiltrate you. Let go of upsetting relationships even if you thought you were pinned for life. Listen to music that calms. Get into the right setting, Beach, Woods, a café. Know your deceleration setting. Deal with clutter. I’m not kidding. Expulsion of extraneous and bothersome stuff is freeing. A clean space, if not next to godliness, is next to calmness. Then again, sometimes disorder delights. Compare disarray to clear spaces and see how you feel, but get rid of bits that make you uncomfortable. Think; there is time, like the Poet T.S. Eliot wrote, "Indeed, there will be time…"
Ok, you have figured out what you want to do and who you are. There is always time to inhabit a state of mind. Just calmly, step by step, little by little, work daily at what you love, even if it is just for ten minutes. Do not let go of your passions because you think you do not have time. It is the consistent connection to something transcendent that keeps you moving forward and keeping calm.

The Importance of Sharing Your Story We all have stories of the good and bad times in our lives, how we may have struggled to find answers when there seemed to be none; overcome hardship and heartache, and discovered the secrets to some of the most perplexing times in our lives, some our greatest joys. My personal favorite stories are the ones who say, “I can’t believe I did that!” Of course, most of us are very selective about the stories we choose to tell. We especially avoid sharing experiences that make us feel foolish, vulnerable or boastful. More often than not, we simply can’t imagine why anyone would be interested. But sharing our experiences with others is not only empowering, it can actually help to light the path for another to heal, who may be walking a similar path and healing ourselves in the process. My experience has taught me that supporting one another to fulfill our individual and collective potential is why we are all here. Sometimes, all it takes to connect with someone else is sharing our own vulnerability and story; lending an ear or a shoulder, and just being present for them in their time of need and support. Gaining knowledge is the first step to wisdom, sharing it is the first steps to humanity. ~Author Unknown Let’s be honest, it takes courage to share your story with the world, because it means letting go of the carefully crafted image of yourself or the person you believe should be in the exchange for the unedited version that includes all of your bits and pieces as well, and all that you’ve learned through experiences. Lives are interwoven at every angle and sometimes we just don’t want to share our uncomfortable changes we went through to overcome it all. It is this unfiltered story that will free you, set you free to be your authentic self. Scary I know, but the benefits are enormous!
Sharing our experiences can help us find meaning even in the most painful moments, events in our lives and helps us gain a greater sense of purpose and direction. Many survivors of trauma, domestic violence or just violence become active in movements focused on helping others who have similar experiences and helping to preventing these tragedies; which in return is the key part of their healing in return. Similarly, many former alcoholics and addicts become sponsors in AA or substance abuse counselors and use their own past/story to help others avoid similar fates. It also helps you to find your own voice to communicate in a way that is authentically you. This process can help you to take your rightful place as the author of your own life story. Sometimes you learn things about yourself from the act of writing or storytelling that helps to clarify the things (people) that matter most to you. It helps to reaffirm your values too and find peace and a hopefulness that they did not have before or ever before. At the very least your willingness to be vulnerable serves to assure others that difficulties won’t break us, if we do not allow them to, instilling a greater inner strength and courage to help to thrive as a result of all of our experiences shared. Are You Ready to Share Your Story!! You might be thinking that none of this applies to you, but we all have a story to share, good, bad or indifferent and there will always be someone who is or has lived through the same or similar situation as you, who will be looking for answers. Life isn’t just about us, it is about all of us, (the collective) and when we heal one person, we heal many people because your gift of knowledge is shared again and again throughout the ages. We as human beings carry information forward in many ways, even as simply as, sharing with your neighbor how to plant a certain flower, your neighbor will tell someone else, and that someone else will tell another and knowledge shared, heals on. You have more to offer, than you know. Sharing is Caring and the Most Powerful Source in the World!!

Desiree Williams Endurance There were two mountain climbers on different sides of the mountain; they both have the goal in mind to make it to the top of the mountain. On the left side is a young lady geared up and ready to go climbing. On the right side of the mountain is a young man that has already started and is way up the mountain. They are both halfway to the top of the mountain and ice appears on both sides. They reached for the cassin-x tool to find it is missing. It would be so easy to quit and head back down the mountain, but with determination they both hang in there in order to figure out a way to complete the goal they both are trying to reach. The young lady climber on the left decided to use a small ice pick. She starts to chip and chisel away at the ice until it is gone. She is now on her way. On the right the young man climber has found a lighter in his pocket he decides to use to have it melt it away but the flame is so small that it burns his finger. So he has to figure out a different way to make it to the top. The climber on the left has made it to the top and she is happy and rejoicing. The young man on the right is still hanging and working on an idea to get to the top. He reaches into his pouch, finds a screwdriver, and begins to chisel the ice away. He manages to get enough ice out of his way to start back on his journey up the mountain. He proceeds until he reaches the top. Triumph is the goal we are all trying to reach in life. Though we are all on different journeys, our main tasks are to reach triumph in every area of our lives. To do so we must be just like both climbers and not give up. We have to have a well-made up mind not to give up; even when it gets hard. As we read,
the young man climber on the right burned his finger while the young lady climber on the left had already reached the top. The young man didn’t give up! He kept searching for help as well as for what would work. We all are going to have hard, embarrassing, and troubling times. When these times arrive in our lives to make things seem difficult, we must stop where we are and take a deep breath so that we can P.R.O.C.E.E.D!!!! P-Pray, practice, and have patience. Pray and ask God to help you on your personal journey. Ask that he will guide you and to give you clarity when He speaks so that the moving that you are doing will not be in vain or cause more problems. Practice having joy every day. How? The same energy that you display on a good day should be the same energy displayed when you are facing adversity and trials. You are a human with five senses and emotions; so frustration, nervousness, and being afraid are normal. Practice being calm instead of nervous, happy instead of afraid, and proud of your few accomplishments; not frustrated or guilty about the amount of time your accomplishments take. R-Rest and release. Sure, you don’t want to climb a mountain and take a long resting period. Remember the climbers relaxed and rested their brain so that they could think clearly. We must do the same. We must relax our brain and rest so that we can be prepared and understand clearly the ideas and different moves to make. Release all the negative thoughts and/or people that try to make you back out of reaching your goal. O-Optimistic: Expect a great outcome. Remain positive so you can get the outcome for which you are truly looking. E-Excel: Be productive and consistent in all your activities so that you are able to excel. E-Effective movement: Make sure every move you make is going to push you toward your goal to triumph (if you miss the mark keep trying until you reach your goal). D-Dream: Dream of determination. See yourself in the place. Be determined to make it.
Endurance is not how fast you make it to your destination. It’s about not giving up until you make it there. DO NOT GIVE UP! YOU’RE ALMOST THERE. LADY “D”

Spotlight Tyrone Neal We only live once, but if we do it right, come on y'all once is enough. Live better! My name is Tyrone Neal and I'm founder and creator of the Bully Me To Sleep movement. I'm just an ordinary person who is fed up with the direction our youth is heading. I want us to be better, and for us to be better we have to do better. I've grew up in some of the toughest cities in America and I witnessed a lot. I don't like a lot of things that I have seen or heard about and I'm here to make my stance. My mission is to get an army of people like me to tackle this task with. I'm a new author, born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I also grew up in place I do call home as well in Newport R.I and Baltimore MD. I grew up in the inner cities of them states and I have been on both sides of the law. I'm on the lawful and good sides now and have been for some time but I would love to help change a lot of things I've witnessed in this cold world.
Tell us about your Business. I have a book and clothing line out. I also lead an anti-bullying movement which is building by the minute. ‘Bully Me To Sleep’ is the title to all three endeavors which I'm the sole proprietor for. The movement and stance is to get as many people on board as possible to help eliminate this disgusting bullying epidemic.
What Inspires You? Anything and anyone who makes a change for the better. I'm inspired by togetherness and equality. I'm inspired when I can change a negative into a positive in any aspect of life for me or someone else that inspires me.
What are Your Future Plans? My plans are to bring togetherness to our youth and young adults as much as I can. No matter how indifferent we may be, we are all one people. I want to teach the world and start community by community that we can coexist. No matter race, age, gender, sexuality, preferences or style, we are all one.
What would you like to be remembered for? Making a change in the culture; Making it comfortable for our youth to go to school and come out in their communities without getting bullied or picked on. School is supposed to be a safe haven for our children; A place where they go to learn, network and make friends. Not a place where you dread to go because of bullying and humiliation. My life goal is to help bring bullying awareness to our youth.
What would you like to Spotlight? I want to spotlight my book which is an amazing read. There are a few typos because I was deceived by my publisher because it doesn't take away from the great story. I put my heart into that project and every reader so far confirms that. Not one negative review and so much praise, I admit I had to pat myself on the back. I also have ‘hoodies,’ ‘hats,’ and ‘t-shirts;’ which I sell to help spread and support the movement. Good comfortable quality and affordable prices. Also, I'm in talks with a couple of business men on turning the book into a movie or a series with a second book coming.
Tell us about something you overcame. Street life! I was never a bad guy I was always genuine and loyal. But as a young black man my opportunities were limited, especially as an ex con who was locked up at the young age of 17. It was easy to turn to the streets with very little opportunities. But I overcame them obstacles a long time ago and changed my life for the better, and I'm just starting to write my story.
What would you like to Achieve? Greatness, I want to be great at what I do. I want me and my movement to be
remembered, remembered forever! When I'm dead and gone I want it to still go on. That's the type of mark I want to leave in this world. Bully Me To Sleep Tyroneneal1454@gmail.com Bullymetosleep@gmail.com Instagram: Bullymetosleep (M#) 718-503-8336 Bullymetosleep@gmail.com (#) 718-503-8336

For the first time, I became a TEDX Speaker October 10, 2020 on the Farmingdale 2020 stage. My topic is The Anatomy of Failure: Where Failure Lives in the Brain. I waited more than 10 years to see this dream come true. Perseverance and resiliency were key. Failure isn’t permanent. Failure isn’t the destination or the outcome. Failure is simply part of the process on the way to
success. Keep showing up. Dare to dream. Keep going no matter what. Dreams do come true. We just have to dare to think dreams will come true for us. Miracles do happen. Believe in yourself. Know that your heart knows. Know that you know. If I can do this, you can do this. As a result of our efforts specific to publishing, The Refractive Thinker® series remains an influencing series for the doctoral scholar. We have won 23 awards, we have many #1 Amazon Best Sellers, and there are now 21 books in the series, with Vol. XIX Social Media publishing October 23, 2020. When we choose success, we choose to overcome fear and failure. For this series, we choose to share the wonders of the process of success through the research of our featured contributing scholars. What would you like to achieve in 2020? I would like to see each volume of The Refractive Thinker® as a doctoral course requirement and as a recommendation for further reading for universities around the globe. Cathy Davis My name is Cathy Davis, and Founder/CEO of Davis Creative Publishing Partners A veteran branding/communications professional, Cathy spent the majority of her early corporate career marketing financial services to high-net-worth individuals. After too many downsizings, Cathy founded Davis Creative as a boutique marketing services agency in January 2004 and added publishing to their offerings @ 2008. What would you like to spotlight? My Business
Tell me about it. At Davis Creative, our Publishing Partners team offers concierge self-publishing services to aspiring authors across the US and around the globe. Experts, speakers, trainers, and influencers hire us to use the power of publishing to build their brand, grow their business, and make a difference in the lives of the people they reach.
When I started Davis Creative, I had little knowledge of how to run a business, let alone how to grow and make a profit. Over the past 16 years, I’ve learned a LOT. I’ve learned to . . . •
ask for help when I have no clue what I’m doing.
•
rely upon the experts when it comes to bookkeeping, finances, and taxes.
•
trust my intuition, especially when it comes to people.
•
never give up, be resilient, and believe in my vision.
The stage has been set for 2020 to be a profitable year for us. I could not have gotten here without GRIT: GROWTH (personal and professional), RESILIENCE, INTENTION, TENACITY.
What would you like to achieve? Refine a few internal processes . . . we’ve grown quite a bit the last 18 months and we need to restabilize the foundation.

Sheri Block Glantz
A teacher, by profession, I have always found the time, purpose, motivation, and inspiration to write – actually since childhood. My heart often leads the way for me, and when it overflows, it spills out on paper – hence my book, FLY!
What inspired you to write your book? Writing has always been a way for me to more closely examine how I feel about my world and the people in it. In reflecting on the writing of FLY! If I peel everything else away, I can remember pondering how quickly time seems to be marching by. What do I want for my child? How can I express that I love my child unconditionally? I want my child to be successful, but “success” is multi-faceted. How do I let my child know that there are unlimited possibilities out there? The questions continued to flood my mind, so I did what I always do in that situation – grabbed a notebook and a pencil!
What do you want others to get out of your book? I want children to know that they can! “Can what?’, you might ask. Can choose, can be, can learn, can explore, can give, can imagine, can travel, and so much more. Overall, can FLY! I hope that I have given voice and words to the hearts of so many parents, or others who have reared children, and are approaching transitional moments. Although it can be bittersweet, we raise our children so that they will fly!
Who is your audience? Fly! is the perfect book for new parents who are just beginning to hope and dream for their new little ones; preschool aged children whose parents read to them; parents who are approaching the empty nest stage; children who are advancing from one level of schooling to another – elementary to middle school, middle school to high school, high school to college, college to the “real world”; a heartfelt thank you from a grown child to a parent for the gentle lifts and safe landing space.
Are you planning another book? I would love to have another book published!
Where can we get your book? It is available on Amazon and through Ingram Spark
