When life’s challenges arise, sometimes it’s hard to be brave. That’s when we need our sisters the most. As Tri Deltas, we not only pledged to steadfastly love one another, but to assist our members in every possible way.

Tri Delta’s Foundation funds transformational programs that meet our members where they are as they become who they’re going to be. These programs offer support for today’s student—as they navigate current challenges and build skills for the future. Because of donors like you, these programs:
Support members struggling with anxiety, depression and other forms of mental illness. Our Behind Happy Faces program empowers our members to take charge of their mental health and to support one another with kindness and compassion.
Address sexual harassment and assault on campus. Our Not Anymore program tackles these topics head-on, with 96% of our sisters feeling confident they’d be able to recognize and intervene in a threating situation.
Enhance our members’ employability, a priority for Generation Z. We have programs designed to help them translate their Tri Delta experience into the skills and competencies employers are looking for, as well as to help them negotiate their first salary.
To make these programs accessible to as many members as possible, much of the content is delivered on demand through our online learning platform, LEADDDer.org, used by more than 7,000 Tri Deltas each month. Through bold educational and leadership programs, we are investing in our members by helping them better their best!
