Ashley Baskerville. Cal State/Long Beach Ashley is working to strengthen the minds of some of the most elite performers in the ' ,, world. With a master's degree in sport and .• , \ performance psychology, she helps both ' " military personnel and athletes. Ashley has worked with the Department of Defense to launch an Army-wide Suicide Prevention Plan and helped develop mandatory resilience training for the highest-ranking service members across 33 countries. She now works as a Cognitive Performance Specialist, training fighter pilots and remote pilots in the United States Air Force. Ashley is also the founder of A.B. Mentality where she works with ath­ letes to reach their full potential and master the mental side of sports. Ashley's clients range from lnvictus athletes and NFL players to the weekend golfer.

Ashley is also really proud of her role volunteering as a trustee on Tri Delta's Foundation Board. She loves being able to help her sisters and engage with alumnae worldwide. Ashley has fo­ cused on finding ways to keep young alumnae engaged with Tri Delta after graduation and on their journey through adulthood. Ashley credits Tri Delta for her confidence to lead and her pas­ sion to be a game-changer.

Cassidy has reached some of the highest ranks in scouting around the world. A Gold Award Girl Scout, part of the lnaugural Class of Boy Scouts of America Female Eagles and a member of BSA's national honor society, she also served as top na­ tional youth leader of Sea Scouting, a BSA program for young people who love spending time on oceans, rivers, bays and lakes.

Mandy is a third-generation race car driver competing in the 2023 ARCA Menards se­ ries, the fourth tier of NASCAR. She start­ ed racing at the age of 6 and spent her el­ ementary school years crisscrossing the U.S., competing from California to New York. Mandy began racing full-sized V8 dirt modified vehicles at age 12, was approved for NASCAR lo­ cal series racing at age 13 and won the NASCAR Missouri State Rookie of the Year at age 16.

Off the track, Mandy is currently serving as collegiate chapter president of our Gamma Pi Chapter. She's also pursuing a bach­ elor's degree in mechanical engineering with two minors (eco­ nomics and entrepreneurial studies) alongside a master's degree in engineering management. Being part of the family business, Team Chick Motorsports, marries her passions of racing and engineering. Katherine Delagarza, Taylor Kraft, Siena Krueger and Macie Soderquist, all South­ ern Methodist, made history as part of the team winning the 2023 National Col­ legiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) National Championship.
