Our Funeral Stationery Service

Personalised funeral stationery is a wonderful way of providing a lasting tribute to the life of a much-loved relative or friend. Indeed, the very process of creating memorial stationery allows families to reflect, contribute and collaborate which helps come to terms with loss and can turn a sad event into a celebration of a life.

Our professionally designed range allows for funeral stationery to be used at the funeral service but also as a keepsake to be treasured long after the service.

We believe that every order is as unique as the life that is being commemorated. We help family and friends to create the perfect tribute.

Photo Editing and Retouching Service

We are able to retouch photos to remove unwanted backgrounds, creases, tears or marks to allow you to use your cherished photos.

If your physical photos are old, they may need some repair work.

We can accept the physical original, or if you prefer, send us a scan and our photo experts will do the rest.

We can crop an area of a photo to use – but please be aware the size of the original and the area cropped will affect the final quality.

A photo captures a moment in time to be remembered forever.

You can include photos within funeral stationery either as single photos or as part of a collage. Below are a number of collage layouts our designers can create. Please specify which style you would prefer when ordering your order of service.

Orders of Service

Orders of Service allow those attending a funeral to follow the service and have the words to hymns, prayers poems and readings. In addition, they are often kept by attendees long after the service as a keepsake.

The most popular style for an Order of Service is A5 (148mm x 210mm) which is available in multiples of 4 pages. (4, 8, 12, 16, 20).

We can also produce a six page, roll-fold order of service (99mm x 210mm)

Our orders of service are printed on a premium silk paper. This coated stock gives vibrant colours without being too glossy.

If you prefer, we can print on an uncoated paper or for a small extra cost, you can choose a recycled premium paper.

Prestige Order of Service

A slightly larger, six page roll-fold order of service printed on a premium pearlescent card. This product offers plenty of space for text and photographs and is finished to 120mm x 212mm allowing it to fit in a jacket pocket or bag.

Simple and elegant designs put the focus on your loved one.

Attendance Cards & Variations

Traditionally, attendance cards are available at funeral services to allow the family to know who attended the

Our A6 (148 mm x 105 mm) cards can be used for this or can be adapted for other uses. For example, you could ask attendees to leave a memory of your loved one for you to reflect back on. You could also send these out prior to the funeral to notify people that your loved one has passed and provide details of the service if they wish to attend.

Memorial Seed Cards – Create a living tribute by adding one of our selected seed choices to your memorial card – ideal for children to help them come to terms with the loss of a loved one. Either cards can include a poem, reading or suitable words on the back of the cards to reflect your loved one.

FAQs

We are here to answer any questions you may have so please do not hesitate to ask us anything.

To help you, here are some commonly asked questions.

• What if the image I want to use is subject to copyright?

Our design team will seek the correct copyright permissions as needed on images and provide a suitable alternative if needed.

• What if the image I want to use is too low quality to use?

Your proof will show the actual quality of the image when it is printed. If we believe that an image supplied is of too low a quality to use we will alert you to this fact and request that an alternative image be supplied. If none is available, then it will be your decision as to whether to use the image in the final draft.

• What will happen if my content will not fit on the number of pages I have specified?

Our design team will do their best to keep to the number of pages specified while ensuring that the wording is clear. They will increase the page count only when necessary. As a guide -

4 pages - fits 2 hymns and a reading/poem

8 pages - fits 3 hymns and 2 readings/poems

12 pages - fits 4 hymns and 3 readings/poems

16 pages - fits 5 hymns and 4 readings/poems

*the above depends on the number of words in each chosen hymn/reading/poem.

• What is the minimum number of copies I can order?

The minimum order levels vary depending on items. Please speak to us or see our price list for options.

• Where will the order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to us at the funeral home. We will work closely with you to ensure delivery can be made at least the working day before the funeral.
