Lance May began his real estate career in 1997 at the age of 23 and quickly established himself as the industry leader in the sales and marketing of new home communities along the Wasatch Front. With this in mind, Lance created a proprietary software platform known as Royal Spigot, which he continues to use today to manage his client’s projects.
