Lance May began his real estate career in 1997 at the age of 23 and quickly established himself as the industry leader in the sales and marketing of new home communities along the Wasatch Front. Over the next 15 years his innovative mindset provided the successful sell out to more than 50+ developments in the State of Utah and numerous sales and marketing awards on a local and national stage. The consistent interaction with builders, developers, investors and financial institutions, mandated a need to obtain and provide accurate and detailed information for sales and marketing efforts. With this in mind, Lance created a proprietary software platform known as Royal Spigot, which he continues to use today to manage his client’s projects. Additionally, some of the top-ranked homebuilders in Utah currently use this platform to manage more than 30 active subdivisions.

A wise woman once said, “Answer your phone and keep clients happy.” That wise woman is me and if I have learned anything over my 16-year real estate career it is that a realtor’s phone is their greatest tool. My commitment to each of my clients is to deliver honest, reliable real estate services. My expertise in real estate stems from my love of the Salt Lake valley, the place where I grew up. I graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s in mass communications. While attending, I affiliated with the Alpha Chi Omega sorority where I was fortunate to meet exceptional people who have become lifelong friends. I have been a top producing agent specializing in new construction projects and resale encompassing most of the Salt Lake Valley. Prior to my real estate career, I was a property manager for 12 years.

MIKE STARK Team Leader, Real Estate Associate

Since growing up in a large, competitive family, Mike quickly learned what it took to rise to the top. This quickly transferred from sports to his career. Being the son of a Broker, Mike was always involved in construction and real estate. This helped lead him into buying, selling and improving all types of residential real estate projects. Mike has been heavily involved in all aspects of residential properties since he transplanted from Southern California to Utah. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, and with 20 years of experience in all aspects of new home construction, he makes the perfect agent to help you through the new construction process. Mike is married to an amazing Finn who also happens to be a super talented Graphic Designer. They have 2 children, a boy and girl, as well as a love for the mountains, cycling and travel. With both kids in college this year they are starting to wonder where all the time has gone!

I come from a family that lives, eats and breathes new construction and real estate…so I naturally joined the family trade and received my real estate license in 2004. From the beginning I had the opportunity to work some of the industry leaders and quickly learned from the best of the best how to manage a business with integrity and true care for the people we work with. Working with Lance May and Tridestin Group is an accumulation of 50+ years experience and nothing short of a million dollar education. This team has undeniably strong character and genuine camaraderie. I am passionate about traveling with friends and family. As most Utahns do, I enjoy the outdoors with my fiancé. We love whitewater rafting, camping, and hiking with my two dogs.
