2015 Pricing Announcement Effective January 15, 2015 we have made the following changes to our pricing, terms and practices for custom services and fabric grading:      

Increase all list prices 5%. This applies to Price Book dated January 1, 2014. Custom Stain Match - $125 net per order charge applies effective 1/15/15. Laser Engraving – Consult Factory. There is a setup and per piece charge. The complexity of the image and size of the order have a great impact on the pricing and preclude a one size fits all price. Freight – Contact factory for freight quote on all orders. Freight will remain a volatile expense for the foreseeable future. You may prefer to arrange their own freight with carriers you regularly use. We will work with you in these situations. Graded In Minimum Charge - $50 net per order for 10 or fewer chairs. This is to offset high shipping charges on small quantities. Separate charge for each fabric on an order. As always, we will accept COM orders. Backing for thin urethane fabrics on Sita seats - $18/yard plus $100 net per order handling charge. This is need because we must glue the fabric to Sita seats due to their concave shape, and the glue can “telegraph” through the thin backing on some of these fabrics, resulting is blotchy and uneven patterns. Check with the factory on whether a selected fabric requires this treatment. We have seen the issue on Knoll Vibe, Momentum Silica and other similar products.

Many facilities use 30â&#x20AC;? inside width seating as standards for bariatric applications. If you need a different size for any reason, Plus Size Seating can accommodate.

We build stacking chairs in wood AND metal frame construction. Choices include designs that stack from three to seven chairs high. Our Plus Size Seating collection includes six designs with stacking models that are available in expanded sizes.

casters

We can add casters as an option on most of our chair models; two wheels or four. Look for the caster symbol on the product matrix. Contact Westin-Nielsen Customer Service for details.

gangable

Many of our chair models can be ganged together. Some use a clip that stores in the frame and is simple to XVH 2WKHUV DUH FODPSHG WRJHWKHU RQ WKH OHJ RU IUDPH &KHFN RXU SURGXFW PDWUL[ IRU VSHFLĂŠF PRGHOV *DQJLQJ is a great option where multiple seating is needed or to meet safety code requirements.

Multiple seating units save space and cost with economical, comfortable arrangements. Multi-seating units are individual seats with a shared arm, and can include attached tables. Our product matrix lists our multiseat units or you can contact Westin-Nielsen Customer Service for more information.

Many of our designs are available in a stool version. Most include seat height options between 24 and 30 inches, and several are also available with arms.

benches

Wooden benches with arms can be used in many applications including entries, elevator lobbies and valet parking waiting areas. All are easily customized to meet your space requirements if one of our standard SURGXFWV MXVW ZRQĂ&#x2122;W ĂŠW

settee

There are times when additional seating is required for more than one person. At Westin-Nielsen, we build settees for these occasions. A settee is bigger than a chair, yet smaller than a sofa. Chalet, Chateau and Lamineer chairs have a High/Senior arm style available for ease in sitting or in standing up. Just another one of the options for these three versatile chairs.

hip chair

More and more waiting rooms and lobbies are including a hip chair for the comfort of guests dealing with joint issues. Hip chairs are also a great option for many exam rooms.

wall guard leg

Manitou, Dakota and Superior are built with a standard wall saver leg design. Several other chair models can be built with an optional wall guard leg. Great for applications where the chairs sit against a wall to prevent damage to walls.

MRI

We currently offer six of our chair models in a metal free version for use in MRI rooms or when your application calls for an â&#x20AC;&#x153;iron-freeâ&#x20AC;? chair. Please refer to the product matrix for these models.

If the customer will not accept delivery of merchandise when Westin-Nielsen is ready to make shipment, we will transfer the merchandise to storage.
