TAME VALLEY WETLAND PARK
Location: Lea Marston Lakes, Birmingham City, UK | 2019 Seemore: https://www.behance.net/gallery/81001349/Tame-ValleysWetland-park
Even though the number of wetlands in England has been declining yearly, Tame Valley and its wetlands continue to be a mysterious hidden, unknown, and isolated treasure despite its abundant wildlife, rich culture and history. The design aims to turn this extraordinary landscape into an international wetland park that provides a settle for wildlife, recreation for people and addresses this region's environmental issues such as climate change, food, water security, and stimulating health, contributing to the economy and promoting a sense of place. DESIGN PROPOSAL
The Visitor Center The building form comes from nature and plays a part in ecological function.
As a low-lying area, often affected by floods, the design idea of the building uses the ground floor space flexibly for collective activities by using the form of houses on columns. top: the visitor center bottom right: the entrance of visitor center bottom left: Visitor Center Master Plan_1/500

02. RIVER REA
Design theory and Practice | Personal project A project to reveal a hidden river Location: River Rea, Birmingham City, UK | 2019 Seemore: https://www.behance.net/gallery/81041375/Reveal-ahidden-river-This-is-River-Rea The design aims to create a healthy place that promotes people's health and well-being by engaging them with nature. Therefore the design must deal with three main challenges that are - To attach people to come - To make a place for them - To improve water quality and river habitat. By turning these challenges into opportunities, the initiative aims to completely transform the river's appearance from a narrow, hidden, and forgotten river into a widened riverfront with vertical space, continuing trail and being the “reborn” city’s landmark. MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE
CoLAB | Team project The project explores Urban Active Landscape Location: City Centre Garden, Birmingham City, UK | 2019 Seemore: https://www.behance.net/gallery/81041723/Transfercommunity-lifestyle-Mountain-Adventure The proposal aims to extract the characteristics of a mountain landscape and recreate it within an urban setting. This approach would ‘create opportunities, not specific facilities’. The design will be a dynamic landscape with natural features that users can exploit for recreation and activity, and the same way mountains are currently used. This module shows a great result of working in a dynamic team. Software: Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator (AI),

KIDS PLAYGROUND
Synthetic to details | Personal project The phase 2 of the Mountain Project, each individual expected to developt an area to construction drawings. Location: City Centre Garden, Birmingham City, UK | 2019 Seemore: https://www.behance.net/gallery/81003745/Kidsplayground-Come-back-to-nature The idea came from the different kinds of natural elements and environment, namely “water, sand, and upland forest”, to provide diverse experiences and connections with nature for children while playing on the site. Besides that, each zone has been targeted with a specific colour, finishing materials and plants. The proposal also considered the typology of the site - “ mountain adventure project” and facilitated activities inside and outside (passing through the site).
