Consider visiting local events - check out events in your area on Facebook. Don't be afraid to show up and try something new.

Follow your local news - Find out what's going on in your community, not just the world.

Introduce yourself - Don't be afraid to knock on the door of neighbors and introduce yourself as new to the neighborhood. You might be surprised and find some new friends.

Volunteer - What causes are important to you? Seek out a place to give back of your time and you will likely find some friends with similar interests.
