Special care was taken to preserve the grandfathered-in art studio with bathroom, the original garage doors (rare three car attached garage with bicycle bay), the two historic main doors, and 3 historic windows in living room. Its location is spectacular, only steps from Alamo Placita Park and Cherry Creek’s “best of the best” shops, restaurants, art galleries, Farmer’s Market and the beloved Bike Path. Residents say they most love the proximity to downtown, the 4th of July Parade, the history of the homes and the beauty of the gardens, gates and flowers. Worry free bike rides for kids and and walks to friends’ houses make this neighborhood a good choice for families.
