QA & with CHELSEY FRANKLIN & BROOKE LEPINE

Q. Tell us about you and your business. Where did you originally come from and what made you decide to go into all the businesses you both started?

A. Hello, we’re Brooke and Chelsey. We are Colorado Natives and sisters. We played golf at the University of Oklahoma and have been in business together for seven years. We specialize in residential projects and invest in real estate in Colorado and Oklahoma. We are the owners of four Restore Hyper Wellness locations in Coloroado and a Ziggi’s Coffee. Chelsey also owns a gym in Berthoud, CO.

Q. What is your favorite part of your business?

A. Our PEOPLE! We love building teams and developing people. The best part of our business is seeing our employees grow personally and professionally and our clients accomplish their health/business goals. A rising tide raises all ships. How can we all be a value-add to one another?

Q. What is your motto or philosophy?

A. We don’t chase we attract. What is meant for us will find us. We always get what we want. Money flows in freely.

Q. Why do you both consider your specialty?

A. Real Estate. We have been able to parlay our portfolio into cash flowing businesses. We scrape, flip and hold. We also own a variety of units including long term rentals as well as short term. Real estate historically doubles in value every 10 years so our goal is to buy as much as we can and as quickly as possible. Don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait!

Q. What is your goal for the next year?

A. We want to chill and rest in our decisions from 2023. We opened five brick and mortars and executed two development projects in a calendar year. Balance is unachievable with goals as lofty as ours but harmony can be met. Next year, we will get our second Ziggi’s Coffee location constructed and we plan to further expand our real estate portfolio.

Q. How are you both unique?

A. We are Yin and Yang. Brooke is the “breaks” to Chelsey’s “gas peddle”. It’s in our constant recalibration and check-ins where we find the sweet spot and put together the best deals or designs. When we are both all in, and our husbands are ready to rock, you better forget about it! This group is UNSTOPPABLE!

Q. Tell us one thing that no one knows about you:

A. Between the two of us, we have six Colorado State Golf Titles (Brooke-4 Chelsey-2). Also, we showed horses when we were young and in 1997 Chelsey was Showmanship Grand Champion and Brooke took Reserve Grand Champion at the Boulder County Fair! At a young age we saw the benefits in partnering and hammering that 1,2 punch! “#bettertogether” is a frequent quote we use!

Q. Tell us about giving back to non-profits:

A. We love the Nazarene fund. Human tracking is a multi billion dollar business. Any give backs we do are all focused on this group, and others, dismantling this disgusting system. No person is for sale!
