ABOUT US Q.One Consulting group was established on November 15th 2010. Gratefully, it has been 7 years now. Like a newborn baby, 7 years old is a start of new life chapter, he put his step to Elementary School for the first time, which means as a starting point to earn knowledge and science through a formal education. With similar connotation of entering Elementary School that the products are earned through empirical methods. Q.One Consulting’s principles believed that we should also become a research based Human Resource Management Consulting company, and published it into books, so the benefits could be perceived directly. Therefore, all of our team including principles continuously upgrade themselves, through formal and informal education. As a pioneer, our first book had already been published with title “High Impact Leadership” and had printed more than 2000 exemplar. Concretely, how is this done? 1 The first step, by doing human

resource mapping, which measures the competence of employees, so that human resources can be developed based on competence (Competency Based HR).

2 The second step is by creating an ob-

jective, linear system of performance appraisal system (Performance Management System), linear with company vision and mission, and matching position / position with work load.
