Overcone Fear of the Future Naturally “Life,� is not that crucial four-lettered word that is defined as a high octave game that has new challenges every day, a game that unfolds differently every day and a game that differs from person to person. However, this despite this diversity, the one thing about everyone's life is uncertainty. In other words, Life is unpredictable. Having said that it does not mean that life is about travelling clueless. Life can be planned but cannot be predicted accurately.

There are many angles to fear of future out of which many say fear of death is more. However, the fact is that some of the key shades of fear of the future is fear of losing name and fame, losing what they possess, losing dear ones, etc. So, majorly fear of future of is all about the worry of losing or being unsuccessful. However, it is also a fact that the fear of the future cannot be removed completely because it is something that comes to human minds involuntarily. However, considering that the human mind is all powerful and can be groomed, the fear of the future can be minimised by infusing confidence and sudden thoughts that help our mind to get over it. Thus, here are some tips to help you overcome the fear of the future: •

Take life as it comes. Things mishaps, failures, etc. are incidents that may or may not happen. So, do your work and don't forecast much and for things that are not in your hands, it's no point to bang your head.


Fill yourself with positive motivation and get over negative thoughts. In other words, think the beautiful things that you would experience if the future holds good things instead of thinking what if the future has bad things.

Learn from your mistakes. Life allows you to make mistakes as mistakes are the best teachers who teach you lessons that stay with you always. For this reason, instead of thinking of what if I face failure, think what best can I learn from the failure so that I don't repeat them.

Set practical goals, based on your strengths and weakness. Setting out of your limit goals, create an unconscious fear of not being able to achieve them.
