banners and shapes Banners, or subheads, will always be rectangular black shapes with a blue strip on the left. Only Cerebro font is used for banners / subheads. Shapes can be used to help stylize and give structure to an article or story. Shapes encouraged include triangles, rectangles, and squares.
While all manners of colors can be used, the main two exact colors that should be dominant are: Aqua Blue (left) and Light Orange (right)
C = 100, M = 0, Y = 0, K = 0
C = 10, M = 69, Y = 69, K = 0
additional notes Font for page numbers should be Star Avenue, 14 pt. Depending on the story and image art used, drop shadows can be employed on shapes, images, and banners to help provide shape or dramaticization. The main goal with this structure is to give freedom to stylize each article to its benefit while also sticking to a general Y2K, Cyber-futuristic look suited for high-tech gaming, imbuing both nostalgic poppiness and minimalist modernism in approach.
