OUR STUDENTATHLETES As the primary fundraising arm for Troy University Athletics, the Trojan Warrior Club provides for the cost of more than 400 student-athletes every semester. We are able to accomplish this through generous philanthropic contributions from alumni, family, friends, and fans. Each philanthropic gift allows our student-athletes to have the resources needed to provide them the opportunity to compete on the field, court, and classroom. MAIL Send pledge and payment to the Troy University Athletic Department, 5000 Veterans Stadium Drive, Troy, AL 36082 MONTHLY PAYMENTS We offer payment schedules on a monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual basis. Donations can be made this way as long as the total amount of the donation is given prior to when benefits are mailed.
PLEDGES These are pledges of cash gifts and require the completion of a Trojan Warrior Club pledge form, which signifies your intent to give for a period of up to five (5) years. The minimum amount for a pledge is $5,000 and there is no maximum gift amount. Pledge payments are typically paid once per year until the pledge balance is fulfilled. MATCHING GIFTS Many employers will match contributions their employees made to charitable and educational organizations, providing you the opportunity to increase your gift to Troy Athletics. If your company participates in a matching gift program, please obtain the information from your human resources representative. PLANNED GIFTS A planned gift is the process through which a gift is pledged, but may be completely or partially deferred until sometime in the future. Typical types of planned gifts are a bequest through your will, the purchase of an insurance policy, or establishing a charitable reminder trust.
