When he is not watching football, Sanjay enjoys partying and is always in favour of having a good time. ICWI’S HUNGER GAMES: SCAVENGER HUNT With summer now upon us, staff look forward to the various activities that will occur over the 3 month period. The Social Committee hosted the Hunger Games that kicked off with a Scavenger Hunt. The staff at Head Office was split into two teams and given a list of tasks to complete in 30 minutes. Going head to head were team Unbeatable and team Bad & Boujee. Despite the rainy weather, clear skies quickly appeared to get the games going. Teams were given a total of 6 riddles that would take them to various locations in order to complete their tasks. The mad race to get everything done took teams to John R. Wong Supermarket, Emancipation Park and Total gas station. Teams were asked to sing to customers in KFC and take photos posing with Burger King patrons. Both teams seemed to be aggressively pushing towards finishing their list but there could only be one winner. Congratulations to team Unbeatable for coming out on top and winning the ICWI Scavenger Hunt 2017. After the winners were given their trophy and celebratory cake, the DJ for the evening signaled the start of the Social with upbeat music. Those in attendance came together to eat, drink, dance and celebrate another successful staff event

WELLNESS CORNER Ocho Rios Gets Moving
A long, happy, healthy life is a universal desire and ICWI’s Ocho Rios Branch has come to the realisation that their mental and physical health is their responsibility. In April, through their collective efforts, organised weekly aerobics workout sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. These sessions have not only resulted in improved physiques, but have also promoted greater social interactions and created a more positive work environment.

Six simple ways to smarter, healthier eating
Source: http://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/six-simple-ways-tosmarter-healthier-eating
To eat well, you need to combine nutritional science, a jolt of common sense, and pure enjoyment. Most of us know that fresh salad, berries, and slowing down when eating are better for us than wolfing down energy bars and sweets. But how to make that leap from our current habits to healthier ones? Here are six ways you can eat healthy, delicious meals, and really enjoy what you’re eating.
1. DITCH WHOLE MILK Not only does this reduce saturated fat in your diet, it shaves off calories. How: Switch to 1% or nonfat milk, and nonfat versions of other dairy products like yogurt and ice cream. Can’t bear to go cold turkey? Step down more slowly to 2% milk, then 1% en route to nonfat, if possible. 13
2. HARNESS THE POWER OF NUTS (AND SEEDS)

HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
It only takes one storm to change your life and community. Tropical cyclones are among nature’s most powerful and destructive phenomena. If you live in an area prone to tropical cyclones, you need to be prepared. Even areas well away from the coastline can be threatened by dangerous flooding, destructive winds and tornadoes from these storms

Those supplies that you need will probably be sold out by the time you reach the front of the line. It will mean the difference between your being a hurricane victim and a hurricane survivor.
