The Congregational Church of Tryon will hold a daily, morning prayer for the families of Sandy Hook School this week. Church members will pray for the pain and fear of all parents. The church will also pray for teachers everywhere who are going to work each morning knowing the challenges they face. The community is invited to gather in prayer at 8:30 a.m. each morning in the sanctuary beginning Tuesday, Dec. 18. For questions, call 859-9414.
