Also on No. 9 at TCC, Susan Thompson made her first hole-in-one on Jan. 26, while playing with her husband John Thompson.

Engineering contract for E. Howard Street sewer approved Groundbreaking expected by Leah Justice
The Town of Tryon hired Watermark Engineering P.A. to design a
sewer line replacement along East Howard Street. Council met Feb. 19 and approved a $67,400 engineering contract that includes designing the approximate 2,900 linear foot sewer
Serving Polk County and Upper Spartanburg and Greenville Counties
line. The contract includes $38,200 for the engineering design, $19,200 for construction administration and $10,000 for surveying and mapping (Continued on page 7)
