SPIRIT SHOP HOURS

Spirit Shop Hours are posted on daily school announcements, the Tattnall website, and the Tattnall Spirit Shop Facebook page. Be sure to pick up your essential BLUE and GOLD spirit wear in the Spirit Shop!

Trojan Legion, the PTO at TSA, serves as the faculty support system. All Tattnall parents are members of Trojan Legion, and the organization is governed by a board of elected parents. Trojan Legion holds several fundraisers throughout the year.

GOLDEN TROJANS

Please contact Rebecca White, Trojan Legion President, at trojan.legion@tattnall.org if you have a question regarding Trojan Legion.

Parent organziations at Tattnall play a crucial role in supporting our families, students, faculty and staff. Golden Trojans, the athletic booster club for TSA, supports all athletic teams through gifts and services. Parents are invited to join Golden Trojans through an annual membership. An application, along with a $250 membership fee, should be returned to the school. Golden Trojan members receive two free passses to all home, regular-season games at TSA, enjoy two dinner socials throughout the school year, benefit from reserved parking during football season, and receive a free gift each year. Please contact Membership Representative Danny Gore at danny.gore@cox.net if you have a question regarding Golden Trojans.

SUMMER AT THE SQUARE Tattnall Square Academy offers a variety of summer camps beginning at the end of May and lasting through the beginning of the school year. Each camp is taught by individual faculty members or TSA coaches. Voted “Best Summer Camp by readers of the Macon Telegraph for four consecutive years, Tattnall summer camps are a great way to stay active during the summer months while learning, having fun, and making new friends! All camps are open to the public. You can register for Summer at the Square by visiting www.tattnall.org/sats.

LUNCH IN THE TSA CAFE

SCHOOLOGY

Dining services are provided in the TSA Cafe by Mrs. Donna Singleton and her staff. It is open every day for breakfast and lunch beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monthly menus are posted online and included in daily announcements to make your weekly lunch planning convenient.

Schoology is TSA’s learning management system that serves as a communication hub for parents, students, and faculty. Assignments, class announcements, faculty communication, lesson support and materials, and other helpful links are all posted to Schoology. It is vital that you login to Schoology on a regular basis.

Checks may be sent in to credit your child’s lunchroom account, or you may manage their account online.

How do I log in to Schoology?

How do I manage my lunch account online? TSA uses PaySchoolsCentral.com for lunchroom managaement. Parents can make a desposit to their child’s account, view lunch account balances, set up recurring deposits, set up email notifications for account balances, and request a detailed report showing purchase history. Log on to PaySchoolsCentral.com and enter your unique school code to access this information. Please contact Pat Cheek to access student lunch codes and for help with your online lunchroom account. pat.cheek@tattnall.org | 478.477.6760 ext. 100

After the first two weeks of school, Tattnall will email all families with instructions on how to access and use Schoology. To request Schoology access, please use this link: bit.ly/Schoology4Parents. If at any time during the year you have questions regarding Schoology, please contact Ms. Nicki Leigh Neufeld at nicki. neufeld@tattnall.org

BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE

As a Google Suite (G Suites) school, students in grades 5-12 need a device that is easily compatible with Google applications. In light of our experiences since becoming a BYOD/GSuite school, the Technology Support Team provides device recommendations as parents prepare to make a computer purchase your students. Device guidelines and recommendations can be found at bit.ly/ tsadeviceguidelines.
