HIGHLIGHTS

Two of our 8th grade students, Anna Hilliard and Brynn Scott, painted inspirational messages on the elementary girl’s bathroom doors. We're glad to have students who serve others with their talents and are kind to their fellow Trojans! Coach Joey Hiller and Brooks Gorman were named the Georgia Dugout Club Coach of the Year and Player of the Year, respectively.

Grady and Griffin Tisdale both placed 6th in their respective weight divisions at the GHSA State Traditional Wrestling Tournament. Eric Litwin, best-selling author of the original four Pete the Cat books, The Nuts, and Groovy Joe, visited in November and performed for our lower school, bringing literacy and music together.

The TSA Math Team came in 1st place at the Georgia Southwestern meet. Jessica Norwood got 1st individual and Pathik Desai got 3rd. This was one of many wins in 2019-2020!

This year, three seniors signed to play college softball. Courtney Ball signed at UT Chattanooga,

Logan Oller signed at Georgia Gwinnett College, and Jaelyn Darley signed at Georgia Southern. Sophomore Avery Scott won 3rd place in the American Legion Oratorical Contest at the state level. Her speech was entitled "Freedom of

Speech: Changing the World with Our Words." On October 24, 2019, Coach Joey Hiller got his 1000th win in softball and baseball combined. Hiller was also one of eight members inducted into the Macon Sports Hall of Fame in early May of this year.
