NEWSLET TER The monthly REAL Trends newsletter features commentary from Steve Murray, publisher, on the state of real estate and forward-thinking articles from guest contributors such as Larry Kendall, Sue Johnson, former CEO of RESPRO and many more. Ad Types: 1. Full Page Ad Space - One full-page, four-color ad with an embedded link to a landing page (ad must be created by the sponsor and may be revised at any time). Limited to a maximum of five sponsors per issue. All ad content must be approved by REAL Trends. Annual Ad Fee: $25,000(USD) (for twelve issues of the newsletter.) A minimum commitment of three months is required, however REAL Trends will accept one time ads for special announcements. Note: Any sponsor who confirms and pays for ad space for one full year by December 31, 2016 will receive a 10% discount off the annual fee listed above. The Editor of REAL Trends will collaborate with the sponsor to write six interviews on winning strategies, etc. Our Editor will identify a new angle for each of the six interviews and write a fullpage article sharing educational tips of value for our readers. REAL Trends will cross-promote the six interviews on the REAL Trends BLOG and via the REAL Trends Facebook page. Annual Sponsorship Fee: $20,000.00 (USD) For an additional fee REAL Trends can add a companion video to each article. 3. CORPOR ATE SPONSORSHIP FOR LORE MAGA ZINE REAL Trends offers an outstanding way to showcase your brand with a Corporate Sponsorship of LORE. This sponsorship is for four editions of the magazine, which is a quarterly digital publication. The sponsorship includes: • REAL Trends will reserve either a one- or two-page ad spread in LORE Magazine for Sponsor. Ad space will be reserved either near the front of the publication or as a center spread, depending upon availability. Sponsor will supply artwork for the ad. An ad of the Sponsor’s choice will appear in all four issues that Sponsor is sponsoring, (typically, January, April, August and November). REAL Trends reserves the right to approve all ad content. • REAL Trends will share general story topics for the publication with Sponsor, and Sponsor may suggest two or three individuals for REAL Trends to interview for a featured article in the magazine. Please note that REAL Trends may interview individuals from other brands and/or independent firms for the same issue. Editorial due dates will be set by the magazine editor, typically two months prior to the publication date.
