Agent Rankings: The Thousand as Advertised in The Wall Street Journal - This is the 11th year REAL Trends has created this prestigious ranking of the top sales professionals in residential real estate in the United States in partnership with The Wall Street Journal. America’s Best Real Estate Agents - Now in its 4th year, REAL Trends ranks the top residential real estate professionals and teams via State and Major Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). In 2016, we ranked 12,000 leading agents in over 600 cities and all 50 states in the U.S. In both of the agent rankings, we rank individual sales professionals and teams by closed transaction sides and sales volume. We require independent and third party verification on every sales professional and team in the ranking.
