IT’S BEST TO HAVE HELP!
When you are measuring - specifically circumferences - you’ll want to be relaxed. Puffing out your chest or sucking in your belly will skew your results and you will find the fit is not as comfortable as it could be. When doing your measurements, be sure to wear a thin layer of clothing. Bulky clothing will also skew your results.
CHEST MEASUREMENT:
This is your chest circumference. Stand with arms lifted out to the side. Use the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.
HIP MEASUREMENT:
This is also the circumference. Measure around the fullest part of your hip and seat.
SLEEVE MEASUREMENT:
Measure from the tip of your shoulder bone to the place where you prefer the hem to lay - typically just above your thumb knuckle.
MEN’S OUTERWEAR SIZING GUIDE
INSEAM MEASUREMENT:
Find the intersecting seams in the bottoms you are wearing and measure from that point to the place where you prefer your hem to lay.
WAIST MEASUREMENT:
This is your true waist measurement (not to be confused with the spot where your waistband falls). Measure the circumference of the smallest part of your waist.
