Having completed our renovation project – a challenge we faced with a lot of motivation – we are now ready to present the transformation of the Garberhof. From the 1981 lounge bar to the wellness area, from the wellness garden to the rooms and suites, many of which that have been updated, dedicated to the concept of silent luxury, and perfected during the construction. Over the decades, the Garberhof has seen various changes. Our desire has always been to keep up with the times, keeping in mind our mission: to offer guests a quality holiday and to meet their personal wishes with impeccable service.

OUR VALUES

Discreet luxury is a theme we‘ve been pursuing for some time. Finally now, following the renovation works, we have managed to make it a reality by putting our ideas into practice. Here, silent luxury, combined with the elements of the Alpine tradition, can be found in every corner of the Garberhof: from architecture to design, from products to service. We hope that this new concept – which promises you a peaceful holiday, in a striking cultural and naturalistic context – will appeal to you as much as it does to us.

NEW ENVIRONMENTS TO EXPERIENCE

Each of our new suites has its own identity. We have also increased the room categories to further the needs of our guests. The floors with Venetian tiles and a selection of precious fabrics enhance a refined sense of style in the room details. Another unique feature are the fully adjustable sliding wooden shutters to guarantee greater privacy. Immerse yourself in spaces that instil peace and tranquillity and let your gaze wander on the peaks beyond the picture windows.

LOUNGE BAR 1981

THE NEW PLACE TO BE

Take a seat in our new lounge bar 1981 and enjoy the elegance of the furnishings and the intimate atmosphere created by the crackling fire of the hearth. Here, the benches and armchairs invite you to linger, to take all the time you need, to sip a fine glass of wine or a cocktail and let your thoughts wander. The Garberhof bar is also an excellent place to spend convivial evenings in good company.

REGENERATING HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER

Our wish for you is allow you to enjoy every form of silence. To that end, we have completely renovated our spa, using natural materials such as wood, combined with some elements in black steel that give the rooms a touch of modernity. You can take a wooden walkway from the spacious relaxation room to reach the new outdoor wellness garden and the natural biological swimming pond.

In the 2200 m² wellness oasis, the clock stops and the only sound is the gentle lapping of the indoor pool and outdoor pools and the bubbling of the whirlpool. Let the warmth of the Finnish sauna envelop you and revel in the scent of aromatic herbs in the bio sauna. Feel the pleasant water jets of the experiential shower on your body and venture outside to breathe in the pure mountain air. The cold water tub is a real cure-all for blood circulation. In collaboration with the natural cosmetics company Alpienne, we have created various products to moisturize your skin and nourish it with vitamin E. With sweet and juicy fruit and aromatic mountain herbs growing so close to home, transforming them into delicious products is a natural progression. Here, in collaboration with our local partners, we create fruit jams, sparkling prosecco, delicate olive oil, balsamic vinegar, refreshing apple juice and Felix Luis gin, proprietor Klaus’ pride and joy. Each of these products comes not only from the best ingredients and gastronomic knowledge, but also from work carried out with passion. CYCLING IN THE MOUNTAINS IS A THRILL!

From passes to paths to cycling trails: the variety of routes is what sets Venosta Valley apart from other biking destinations. Are you one of the obsessed road cyclists who want to conquer Stelvio - the main stage of the Giro d‘Italia - or do you prefer to bike peacefully amid the orchards, enjoying the panorama of the surrounding peaks? Whether you are a mountain bike or downhill enthusiast, you can choose the ride you prefer here. At the Garberhof, you can also rent a mountain bike or e-bike.

If looking at the three thousand metre peaks on the horizon makes you want to conquer them, then the upper Venosta Valley with its routes, via ferratas and irrigation ditches is your perfect destination. Alpine pastures and glacial landscapes, edelweiss and roses, deer and marmots, castles and ruins, mountain streams and imposing gorges: the alpine flora and fauna are there in all their beauty to those who venture into the landscapes of Venosta Valley. THE PLEASURE OF SKIING

Yes, we know that there are many ski areas with slopes and fun parks. But nowhere else can you ski among the highest mountains in South Tyrol with a view of Lake Resia and its submerged bell tower. That is why Venosta Valley is a real Eldorado for winter sports enthusiasts. With just one ski pass, you can get ski on slopes of the five areas that are part of the Two Nation Skiarena. If you are passionate about crosscountry skiing, the Venosta Nordic network offers fun along the panoramic slopes, in the woods and at high altitudes, for a total of 90 km in six different dedicated areas. Ready to go?

Start with the fantastic panorama on the terrace, equipped with a sauna and a whirlpool tub, opening onto the immense expanses of greenery and the vineyards that continue down to the valley. Then continue inside, where the sliding glass door and the impressive wood furnishings infuse a natural atmosphere. FAMILY HOLIDAYS AT THE GARBERHOF

• Children from 0 to 2 years of age: €30 per night in their parents‘ room

• Children from 2 to 5 years of age: €70 per night in their parents‘ room

• Children from 5 to 10 years of age: €90 per night in their parents‘ room

• Children from 10 to 14 years of age: €100 per night in the parents‘ room

• Prices valid for two adults paying the full rate

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your room is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 7:00 pm, please notify us by telephone. On the day of departure, check out time is 11:00 am.

RESERVATION

The reservation will be definitive after receipt of written confirmation from our reservations agent.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Up to 4 weeks before arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. Between 4 and 2 weeks, 40% of the booked stay will be charged. For cancellations received with less than 14 days notice, the payment of 80% of the total amount is required. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the entire amount must be paid.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We advise you to take out insurance with our partner Europäische Reiserversicherung AG, which guarantees a refund for services not used in the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay for the cases provided for, such as a serious illness, an accident or a sudden dismissal by employer. PETS

Upon request, you can bring your pet with you (€ 25 per day, food excluded). However, entry is not permitted to the dining room, wellness area and wellness garden. We trust in your understanding.
