WOMENSWEAR AUTUMN/Winter 2014 Denim is the central theme of the women‘s winter 2014 collection: black and blue jeans combined with classic biker elements create the sporty urban look. Deep and vibrant colors, different materials and silhouettes make subtle contrasts.
Silhouette and Details The contrasts in silhouettes determine the casual look of the collection: Oversized cuts are combined with tight fits. Loose top and bottoms are casual, yet feminine, athletic jerseys and high waisted trousers are form-fitting. Biker elements such as zips, inserts and stitching can be found in jackets, trousers, dresses and blouses. Short bomber jackets have been implemented in various qualities. Highlights are a parka with lambskin, long bomber jackets and a denim blazer.
Materials Besides waxed or coated fabrics and soft leather, various knits in very soft yet rough wool, textured knitwear and add delicate cashmere are used in the winter collection. Fine flowing fabrics of silk contrast with raw denim and rough wools.
Jeans This season there is only either or - jeans are either cut wide and casually or skin tight: the novelty of the fall collection, the ‘Skinny Pusher‘, a high-cut modern cropped denim now also comes in coloured denim and super stretch velvet. The existing Boyfriend styles like ‘Patti’ with straight rolled up legs come in raw selvedge denim. The focus of the jeans is on black and raw denim as well as vintage washings with repaired holes. Colors The main colours of the collection are black, grey and natural white. The various shades of blue can also be found in clothing, jerseys and jackets in different materials and extend to dark petrol. A strong violet and a bright lotus red bring out the main points.
