PLAN YOUR GROUP SAFARI

WHEN TO START PLANNING?

Planning a group safari requires careful consideration and coordination. Starting the planning process as early as a year in advance allows for more flexibility in securing desired accommodations, activities, and transportation options.

NO GROUP IS TOO BIG

We cater to any size group and have hosted small conferences and big family affairs. While many camps and lodges are limited by their smaller size, we are quite creative in how we place guests between lodges in private reserves. Each safari will always be intimate and unique.

GROUP DEPOSIT

Once proposal has been submitted, you will have two weeks to pay initial group deposit of USD $1,000. This deposit is non-refundable, but applicable to final payment. Individual per person deposits will be required. Amount and payment schedule will vary. This is based on travel time and specific accommodations featured in your itinerary. Our Group Safari Specialist will outline all booking details before you make any commitments.
