VRPower® INTEGRATED CIRCUITS Focus Products SiC645 VRPower® 60 A Power Stage with Current and Temperature Monitoring The SiC645 is a smart power stage (SPS) compatible with Intersil’s ISL68/69xx and ISL958xx digital multi-phase (DMP) controllers. The SIC645 has integrated high-accuracy current and temperature monitors that can be fed back to the controller to complete a multi-phase DC/DC system. It simplifies designs and increases performance by eliminating the DCR sensing network and associated thermal compensation. Light-load efficiency is supported via a dedicated LFET control pin.
