excellence in teaching on the collegiate and program level
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
With over 30 years of service in the Rawls College, I have had the unique privilege to see firsthand the immense growth of the college from a regional business school to one that has attained national and international recognition. As the second-largest college at Texas Tech, the Rawls College has played an integral role in the university’s recent attainment of the distinguished Carnegie designation through innovative research, nationally recognized faculty, and recruitment of high-ability students. During my tenure as interim dean, my focus will be to continue our strategic efforts to support tomorrow’s thought leaders, develop innovative programs that meet industry demands, grow our alumni network, and recruit nationally esteemed faculty. I invite you to learn more about how the Rawls College is building the foundation for excellence.
