Grounded in research, focused on results... Two thirds of business school graduates take their first jobs as salespeople; many fail, at substan�al cost to their employers. We aim to reduce the skills gap and ready our students such that the likelihood of success increases and the ramp up �me to that success decreases. We will also be working with corporate partners, performing benchmarking studies and providing educa�on and training opportuni�es. Thus our center’s mission is: to advance the knowledge and professional prac�ce of sales and customer rela�onship management by providing educa�onal and research opportuni�es to students and corporate professionals.

RAWLS COLLEGE OF BUSINESS The Jerry S. Rawls College of Business offers extensive undergraduate and graduate programs designed to prepare a diverse student body for successful careers as leaders, managers, execu�ves, and innovators in their chosen fields. The Rawls College accounts for almost 25 percent of total graduates from Texas Tech University and has an alumni network of more than 46,000 people worldwide.
