A LETTER FROM THE BEN WEINER DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS CHAIR I would like to offer the gratitude of our 350 student-athletes, 130 coaches and staff, for your interest and support of Tulane Athletics. As we wrap up 2019, we celebrate five conference championships, nine postseason appearances, seven professional draftees and certainly our 66 student-athletes who earned their degrees. Our gratitude comes from our understanding that these achievements are made possible with the support of the Green Wave Club membership. Our fundamental goal is to set a standard at Tulane, whether on the field, off the field, or in the classroom, that all should aspire to achieve. Your endorsement of that goal is allowing us to build a foundation upon which we can establish that standard. We have made great progress during the past four years, and that progress makes us anticipate the future with more excitement than ever before. As we enter 2020, it is our time to raise the bar. We are raising the bar academically. We are raising the bar socially. We are raising the bar competitively. Please join us in raising the bar for the Green Wave. To do what has not been done before, we must think, commit and support our student-athletes in ways we have not considered before. We must empower their achievement like we have never empowered before. We must expect what have never been expected before. As the calendar turns to a new decade, know that 2020 will mark the start of the greatest era Tulane Athletics has ever known. Thanks for thinking, committing, supporting and empowering us. Thanks for bringing only high expectations to the table. Roll Wave!

KRISTEN KOCH ’99 Women’s Basketball Letterwinner Santa Barbara, CA It’s important for me to support the Green Wave Club, and Tulane in general, as I want others to have the Tulane experience that I had as a student-athlete. The education received, life experienced, and friendships built are something I cherish greatly about my time at Tulane. And more than anything, the lessons learned from and with my teammates and coaches could not have been a better jumping off point for life after college.

Medford, MA As a long-time supporter of Tulane, it is particularly important for me to invest in the Green Wave Club and Tulane Athletics. The vibrancy and success of a university’s athletic program is critical to its overall success as an educational institution. It helps attract the best students, professors, and administrators. Being a huge sports fan and a former Sports Editor of the Jambalaya, Tulane Athletics played an integral part in making my college experience something I look back at fondly to this day and keeps me deeply connected to the school.

New Orleans, LA
I support Tulane Athletics because I believe in supporting student-athletes and a healthy work-life balance. I played club Rugby while in graduate school studying Chemical Engineering and the physical activity balanced out mental stresses. DI student-athletes make sacrifices and commitments that many others do not realize. It is also doubly important to me because I have been a Green Wave fan since a boy, and have fond memories even way back to the Green Wave Baseball Super Regional days!

Per-seat donations represent a simplified system for season ticket holders. Rather than being required to meet donation thresholds to be eligible to sit in certain seating areas, you will select your seats wherever you prefer as inventory remains. If you choose to sit in a priority seating area, your seat location and quantity will determine your minimum Green Wave Club donation amount.

Green Wave Club donors also receive the opportunity to purchase postseason tournament tickets. The number of AAC and NCAA Tournament tickets the athletics department receives is determined by the host site, causing fluctuation in the number of donors who are able to order tickets. Information and applications will be sent to donors who have made their annual contribution to the Green Wave Club and qualify for seating based upon their priority points rank. For information regarding postseason tickets, please contact the Tulane Athletics Ticket Office at (504) 861-9283.
